Our experience at Oberoi surpassed all expectations. It's situated across expansive grounds, which gives each guest ample privacy. Hotel design is meticulous and nothing less than what I’d expect for Oberoi. The on-site restaurant serves up excellent food with a wide selection of choices, compensating for the limited nearby dining choices. Most impressive of all was the personal and impeccable service which warrants a rating beyond the conventional scale. if possible, I would award it six stars. Highly recommend a stay at Oberoi Lombok!

真正的五星，每個工作人員都面帶微笑，酒店的泳池和海景無敵，房間也是非常舒服，到處都充滿了花香，一天整理兩次房間（開夜床也會整理一次），晚餐還有當地舞蹈可以欣賞，滿分推薦

The resort is in north of Lombok secluded from all the tourist crowd. The beach is private and water is crystal clear. Gilli island are just 15 mins boat ride and Resort can arrange a charter speed boat for reasonable price. Best food I have tasted in a while. Breakfast is sit-down where restaurant staff pamper you with morning delicacy. Dinner by the pool side with multiple on the house complimentary items on your way, while you wait for your dinner. The entire experience was wholesome. I definitely recommend and will go back as well. Vegetarian food is awesome and made our stay very comfortable.

I chose this property to celebrate my 70th birthday. I made the right choice. My husband and I were pampered by attentive and competent staff, the property was beautiful and perfectly maintained. The rooms were spacious and very tastefully appointed. Guest services were plentiful and personalized. Hotel chefs were quite accomplished. For my birthday, staff greet4d me and the hotel chef made my birthday menu to order (Indonesian style local lobster). This is a full service hotel that caters to guests 24 hours. The hotel manager greeted us at check in. The setting is exceptionallly peaceful and beautiful.

Namaste! That's a popular greeting in India - but that's how each and every staff at Oberoi greet you, thank you, welcome you and bid you goodbye. Not to forget the smile on their faces. If there's anything to take away from this property - it is the people who run it - and each one made it feel like home on our short stay there. The food was top notch as well. Lombok has it's beauty. The roads, the beaches and the greenery - and Oberoi just elevates the experience a bit more. Will come again!

Every member of staff and every facet of the hotel is perfect. The people, rooms, food ( in spite of our strict dietary requirements), ambience and island as a whole ( in no particular order) made this trip an unforgettable relaxing holiday. Thank you so much from us all 🙏🏽

Visited here in October on our way back from Gili T. It was a great way to wind down from the busy Gili T as it is super quiet and relaxing. We stayed in a two bed pool villa which despite its age was really very lovely - aided by the fantastic service of the staff. The rooms were maintained and serviced very well and the added touches of flower arrangements was appreciated. The mature vegetation and trees adds to the specialness of the resort and the smell of frangipani is everywhere. I took part in a yoga class one morning - wish it had been offered each day as it is a great way to start the day. Had a massage at the spa which was ok, had better, had worse! Food was excellent - breakfast service very good and dinner around the pool each night was excellent. The variety and standard of food was fab - the Indian selection must be tried as it was exceptional. We chatted to one of the Indian chefs one evening and you could see his passion for delivering. The only thing we didn’t really like was the dive centre. We had come from Gili where we had done some excellent dives and snorkelling with a dive shop there and the personality and attitude of the staff really makes a difference - especially when taking children out diving. The staff were just a little indifferent which to us was out of kilter with the rest of the resort. We snorkelled on the house reef there which was a nice way to spend a morning or afternoon - certainly lots to see but you need to head over to Gili to see more, including magnificent turtles. I would definitely head there again. It’s a two hour drive from the airport but the hotel offered an excellent car service.
