A Memorable Stay at The Langham: Exceptional Service and Hospitality I had an amazing stay at The Langham,thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the staff. First and foremost, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the front desk team, Melissa and Pallmeet,for their warm welcome upon my arrival. Their efficiency in handling my check-in process was impressive, making the experience seamless and pleasant. Melissa’s attention to detail stood out as she remembered my preferences, which made me feel truly valued and at home. Their enthusiasm extended to my departure, ensuring that my check-out process was just as smooth. This level of service reaffirmed my decision to return to The Langham in the future. During a delightful conversation with Melissa,I learned about her genuine passion for the hotel, and it was inspiring to see someone who genuinely enjoys their work. I strongly believe that employees who love their workplace naturally provide better service, and Melissa is a perfect example of this. Perhaps this is part of The Langham’s charm—not only does it attract guests, but it also creates an environment where employees take pride in their work. Additionally, I am deeply grateful to Office Duty Manager Nanyu Nanev,who went above and beyond to assist me when I stored my luggage. His kindness and willingness to solve any issues reassured me, making my onward journey much more secure. His efficiency and professionalism left a lasting impression, and I truly respect his dedication to providing outstanding service. Overall, my experience at The Langham was nothing short of exceptional, and I look forward to returning to this wonderful hotel in the future.

The location is great but my experience was somewhat marred by the service. Our room was well-decorated, featuring a comfortable bed. The amenities were satisfactory, including a mini-fridge and complimentary Wi-Fi. Housekeeping was efficient, keeping the room clean and tidy. Unfortunately, this was where my experience fell short. The reception and concierge staff were not as attentive as I had hoped. We found it difficult to get assistance with local recommendations. This lack of attentiveness detracted from what could have been a perfect stay.

The Langham is exceptional, we stay here every time we come to London, the service, food, rooms are all of the highest standard.

Great hotel, great service and nice staff

In town for business. Langham is very centrally-located and has outstanding service. Room was large (in new wing) and very comfortable. Enjoyed a visit to the restaurant and main bar (off of lobby). Nice walk from hotel down Regent Street.

首先要説這是著名酒店，坐落在一個地點相當不錯的地方，尤其愛逛街的朋友，去牛街街特別方便，步行就可到達，

圖中有牆的就是窗外風景！房間巨小，兩個行李箱都不能完全打開！床也巨小，我是一個普通身材的女士，也就剛剛好。倫敦地價太貴了，別指望高價格會有豪華房間，和中國的沒法比。酒店衹有一個餐廳，有餐吧拿的，並且也有點餐，反正付了早餐錢，不限量吃（當然，英國菜也別奢望有多好吃！）。不能理解的是，我第二天被通知換房間，我以為會upgrade，結果......（下回分解，請看第二條評價）

位置鬧中取靜，離牛津街和地鐵站都很方便，建築很美，房間床超級大，服務到位用心，早餐很豐富，竟然吃到了粥和鹹蛋！

倫敦最好的酒店之一，服務一流，衞生一流，位置一流，就在攝政街上，離牛津街步行五分鐘，邦德街步行15分鐘，滿足你的各種購物慾望，到最近的nando's五分鐘腳程。來去匆匆，沒來得及試一試SPA和下午茶（據説是下午茶的發明地）。酒店設施比較老，房間太小，住兩個人都夠嗆，隔音不好，完全不符合酒店的級別和價格，僅看硬件最多2000人民幣一晚。但是英國相同地段和級別的酒店房間好像都這麼點，不理解那些膀大腰粗的歐洲朋友怎麼住的。硬件設施和國內北上廣相同地段相同級別的酒店完全不能比。

酒店地理位置好,工作人員有禮貌.只是房間真係細咗啲,其他都還好,床好舒服好大,廁所非常乾淨.我們都很喜歡
