Căn phòng vẫn như mời gọi, tiện nghi vẫn ở mức hàng đầu và sự ấm áp của nhân viên vẫn không hề lay chuyển. Thật hiếm khi tìm được một nơi không chỉ đáp ứng mà còn vượt quá sự mong đợi sau mỗi lần ghé thăm. Rất mong được biến nó thành than bùn ba lần!

The room was exactly as show on the photos; spacious clean and bright. I could order breakfast to my room which was great. The first day breakfast was 15 minutes late, but luckily I wasn’t heading for the airport or anything. At the time of my stay there were offering 2 choices for breakfast, which were both delicious. The room came fully stocked with snacks as well as al pullover and Jon alcoholic drinks for cheap. Everything was around a dollar to a dollar twenty five. There is no elevator at this hotel. I was on the third floor and only had a carry-on luggage. Staff were pleasant and answered questions patiently.

Amazing! Rooms are very comfortable, staff is super friendly! Swimming pool for relax, many restaurants around and everything is walking distance from the hotel. Would love to stay in this hotel again!

Initially we found the room had been cleaned but they did not change the bedding with previous hairs and debris. They immediately changed it when we told the issue. Room is very spacious and quiet because it is a little bit away from busy streets. Please check the inventory for drinks and snacks before you use them. Make sure that the items are the same as the listed. Breakfast is not buffered and you need pay a little bit more dollars if you want to choose better ones. The front desk staff are very welcoming. Our room is on the fourth floor and we had to go up/down by our feet. Overall we stayed very well.

We been there last week. We got the room exactly on the ground floor because this is the last room available on that day. We had an early flight so we arrived the hotel early. First, we thought we only drop our luggage first at the hotel and then we started our tour. We asked the receptionist who on duty in the morning, it would be good if we can check in early ? But if not possible, it’s also ok. She said we can check in early no problem and we don’t have to pay for the early check in. We were really happy. She’s very kind and warm welcome to us. The room is large so we have enough space. The aircon is cooling enough for us too. But we have only one toilet roll in the room. The room is smelling good , nothing disturbing us. But we got a noise from outside in the morning. We would like to sleep in in the morning but the conversation from the people outside the room was loud and we got a free wake up service. I think the room no soundproof. When we booked we saw we get breakfast included the booking. We stayed there two nights and never get a breakfast. First day check in , we asked the receptionist man who had duty at night time on Saturday night, he said no we don’t have breakfast including but after we showed him the booking we had by email , he said yes we have and the breakfast will start at this time to this time. The next day, we asked for the breakfast, the reception man ( a new face again) , he said sorry the chef is not coming today so we don’t have breakfast. He’s friendly and polite but can’t the hotel find any solutions? Just lets the staff say apologise to every client like that ? If we don’t get food , no matter they can offer us something like coffee or juice besides nothing to offer only apologies. The next second day, also the same we didn’t any breakfast. The hotel location is good, not far from the pub street and above 18mn by motorcycle to the temple. The room: big enough, clean enough, but the pillow case were old . So better replace a new one . Soundproof: not good, you can hear everything from outside when the people talk or the housekeeping cleaning outside. But only in the morning or early morning. The staff: they are friendly, welcome, polite, helpful and always smile. Only big complaints for me about the breakfast. If in the booking say including should be included. If the chef can’t come , ask for the another chef or provide something else instead of nothing.

The hotel location is walking distance to the pub street. The staff were approachable and helpful to guest concerns. It offers an affordable price. We enjoyed night swimming because we're the only one who swams that time, the pool is too small if ever 3 or more guest thought of swim together. Overall, a great place to stay.

Best hotel in the area. They have a huge room, changing room, separate wc room and separate shower room, massive They have ATMs in house and around Alot of local eateries and restaurants around The issue is that its not in centre centre means to go to main market or pub street you need to walk 5 mins but that's fine The room has a lot of items in mini bar at very reasonable price I must reckon you should book this Staff is icing on cake

My recent stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On the downside, the toilet floor had a tendency to flood every time I took a bath, which was inconvenient and made the overall bathroom experience less than pleasant. Additionally, there were a few unwelcome guests in the form of cockroaches in the room, which understandably left me a bit uneasy. However, the standout positive of my stay was the exceptional service provided by a staff member named Daniel. His assistance and friendliness significantly improved my overall impression of the hotel. Daniel was not only attentive but also went out of his way to ensure that my concerns about the room issues were addressed promptly. His professionalism and genuine desire to make my stay comfortable were truly commendable. In conclusion, while the accommodation itself left something to be desired, Daniel's excellent customer service skills and commitment to guest satisfaction went a long way in making my stay more enjoyable. Good location if you’re looking for a hotel near pub street but lacked a few basics like wifi, new towels when the room was freshened up and powerful air con. On a whole it was a good trip to cambodia but not sure we would stay in this hotel again
