Courtyard Shillong

It Was not worthy of 100$ hotel .very small low amenities.its charge you 5 star rate but service you will get 2 star. I have to take my own bags in room. and provide products are not that standard.

Beautiful property with friendly staff like Kelly,Sheba,Stephanie,Mamta,Rahul,Lee…nice rooms with good amenities and a good view…excellent service…even has a temperature controlled outdoor pool and jacuzzi…the sunset and sunrise are so picturesque

Holyland,she is good and kind especially in serving and pay attention in every situation regarding foods and beverages they’re awesome and tasty about the place and surrounding just wow can’t imagine how beautiful and unique hope to visit again and again with all my family

Had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Property is lovely. Great location. Rooms are specious with all the amenities. Food is good. Staff is very hardworking running around to cater to each guest as the restaurant was full during breakfast and dinner. Overall a wonderful stay

I stayed at this property for 6 nights. Food and service was amazing. Special thanks to Mr. Chandan, chef Sanjay from the F and B to make food fresh and as per our dietary requirements. Mr. Dhyanam always served us breakfast with a lovely smile. Ms. Lee and Mr. Simrandeep also were very cooperative. Ms. Parisha and Ms. Kelly from housekeeping ran from pillar to post to ensure that all of us have a comfortable stay. Really hats off to the whole team for making us feel like at home.

We especially enjoyed the delicious variety of dishes offered at the huge buffet for breakfast and dinner. The temperature-controlled pool and jacuzzi were delightful amenities, offering a relaxing retreat amidst the stunning landscape of the "Scotland of the East." The staff's humble and attentive service enhanced our experience, ensuring every moment was enjoyable. Overall, our stay at the Courtyard Shillong was truly memorable. From the luxurious accommodations to the excellent dining options and outstanding service, every aspect exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Shillong.

Am writing this review while staying on the hotel . Can one imagine if one has to listen to loud music from Pool party till 11 in the night . The hotel has a complete disregard for the guests in the hotel in their hunger to earn money . Complete disregard for sound pollution norms and complete callous attitude. I just can’t imagine a Marriott hotel having such scent disregard for guest norms . Not sure how they have got a license for global brand as Marriott.
