The stay in four season hotel is very amazing, the service is nice, but the location is not that friendly for summer

Upgraded room and birthday cake for birthday celebration. Breakfast extended to 10:40am as we overslept. Great service!

Very decent hotel with wonderful food, facilities and service. Price is very affordable compared to other locations of Four Seasons Hotel. Especially recommend Matsuyi (Japanese restaurant) located on 6/F of hotel for lunch or dinner.

Check in time a bit slow need to further improve. Other than that is fine.

The location is very nice and there are 4 shopping malls nearby with many shops and restaurants! The room is spacious with modern decoration. The bathroom is big but the shower area is quite shabby. Our room is on the 30/F and the view is awesome! The service is great! After check-in, the kids amenities were delivered to our room immediately. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are too soft that I was not able to sleep well

Excellently maintained hotel. Although a little old, it still holds its standard as a high end hotel. I was upgraded to a slightly larger room and was comfortable at the hotel. It is my second stay here in 6 months
