My partner and I just returned from a 10 night stay at this hotel. Staff: The staff were brilliant throughout, exceptional service and always went above and beyond. They truly made the holiday. They work exceptionally hard, long hours and always have a smile on their face. Room: We stayed in the adults area - room 3246. Lovely views and a nice quiet room. We were worried at first about being above the adult bar but it wasn’t loud at all and the bar closed around 10pm. Room could maybe do with a bit of a refresh and update as we didn’t feel the rooms are Sensatori standard, but it did have everything we needed. It would have been nice for a wooden privacy screen between the 2 balconies as we noticed some had one, but ours didn’t. Minibar was great and can be topped up whenever needed. Pool: We only ever went to the adult pool. Great service from the staff every single day. The first 4 days all sun loungers were gone by 7am, which was really frustrating. It then started to get a little better after a turnaround of guests, and I’d say all sun loungers were then gone by around 8/8:30am. There was a lot of loungers still left at the main pool though, depends on the vibe you like! The Manager advised that nobody is allowed to reserve sun loungers before 8am unless they are sat on them, or security will remove their stuff. This was not enforced our whole stay and a lot of beds were unattended from 7am! It’s a shame they talk of this policy, yet it was never enforced. We paid extra for the adult area room and assumed the adult pool was exclusive for those who have upgraded for the adults area - but we were wrong. Just an FYI incase people are not aware of this. Any adult in the hotel can use the adults pool, just because you’ve paid extra for an adults area room does not give you exclusive access to the adult pool. We did also find quite a few people smoking round the pool (right on their sun loungers next to people) which since we are not smokers really did not like. Food: Overall we found the food great and plenty of options. We’re not usually buffet lovers but breakfast and lunch we really enjoyed. Always so many options and plenty to choose from. We did witness on quite a few occasions guests using their hands and touching other food and not using serving tongs, but that’s not the hotels fault, more guests with no manners or common courtesy. We did prefer the a La cartes for dinner so decided to pay extra for a couple, and was well worth it! Italian was our favourite included a la carte but our 2nd visit was disappointing as service was chaotic, steak also came out massively undercooked and the manager grabbed the waiter and shouted at him which was really not nice to see. Marhaba (included) was lovely. Real authentic with a live musician. Rice pudding was amazing! Tiran (included) was also lovely and a great relaxing atmosphere. Cairo day trip from TUI Blue Sensatory Coral Sea We did this day trip half way through our holiday. From a 4.30am pick up till when we arrived back at the hotel about 10.30pm it was an amazing day Pyramids Camel rides Sphinx Nile mini cruise Cairo museum Everything was great. Travelled here as a group of 7 ladies, 3 of our group had never visited this hotel before. I was worried we'd over hyped Sensatori Coral Sea, as it'd been a few years since our last visit, but I needn't have been concerned. The hotel was just as amazing as I remembered. Service, amazing. Nothing too much trouble for any member of staff. Everyone is always smiling, and happy to help. Personal opinion, but swim up rooms are well worth the money. The main pool is lovely too, and staff are always popping over to top up your drinks. Food, amazing. Had 3 different a la carte meals and they were great, but the main restaurant always has plenty of choice and never feels repetitive. Cleanliness, amazing. There's always a member of staff pottering around making sure everything is spic and span. Shout out the gardeners and pool cleaners who seem to be out and about night and day. Beach, amazing. Please grab a snorkel and go off the end of the jetty. It really is another world down there. Not to worry though if that's not you're thing, there are plenty of fishes swimming around closer to shore. We saw 3 rays, a couple of puffers and lots of other pretty, colourful fish. All in all, we had an amazing time, and I'm already planning my next visit.

Our best visit yet, beautiful weather,fantastic snorkeling, all a la carte restaurants were great ,main restaurant was ok, all the staff were very hardworking & friendly in all areas, with special mention to Anna for her patience teaching us the salsa, Abraham, Mohammed & the other staff serving us drinks from the Tiran bar during the day & Melad for helping us out when needed.

We loved our time at this hotel. What a gem this place is. The service here is amazing, with a special mention to the bar men at the main pool and waiters at the buffet restaurant, with an extra special mention to George at the 24 hour bar who looked after us and was always happy and chatty and asking if we needed anything else. The food at the buffet restaurant is the best all inclusive food we have had, so much so we didn't need to do the a la cartes, everything was tasty and lots of fresh cooking stations. The drinks even local branded were very good as well and had some lovely cocktails and slushies with white rum. We loved all the pools but found the adult only a bit quiet for us but still enjoyable. The sea is amazing and snorkeling from the jetty was done every day. We spoke to so many people who are returning guests and can see why. We will return for definite unfortunately not next year as our holiday plans are already sorted. Now for the negative, our holiday is over and back in England.
