A comunicação era péssima com todos os funcionários… tivemos inúmeros problemas incluindo: tentativa de cobrança extra no momento do checkin, falta de informação clara sobre horário das refeições (placas mencionavam um horário e um papel entregue outro), escasso transporte para as praias, que não ficam do lado do hotel… realmente desconfortável a estadia….

بوفيه الحلويات والطعام سيء للغاية والعصائر والمشروبات الغازية سيئه للغاية عدم الاهتمام بالنزيل عند البارات تعامل جداً سيء لا يوجد سناكات بين الوجبات الحجز الشامل لا يشمل العصائر الطازجه والقهوة التركي الشيء اللذي تحتاجه لا يشمل الحجز الشامل كل شيء يحتاج دفع حتى لو كان حجزك شامل جميع الوجبات والمشروباات موظفون الاستقبال سيئين لا يوجد ماء فقط عبر اكواب لا يوجد زجاجات ماء فقط بالغرف يحاولون استغلال العميل بأي شكل من الاشكال الاكل متكرر شبه يومي لا يوجد تغيير في الطعام ويقومون بوضع كميات قليلة جداً السمك يضعونه بدون تنضيف والروبيان خصوصاً وعندما سألت مدير المطعم قال لي عليك تنضيف الروبيان انت عندما تأكل

Ruoka erinomaista. Se mikä häiritsi lapset sai huutaa ja juosta ympäri ruokasalia ettei ollut miellyttävä syödä. Voisi laittaa toiseen saliin huutamaan keskenään koska tilaa oli runsaasti.

這是我住過最差勁的一個酒店，沒有之一。服務態度差，房間設施差，三個房間有兩個房間空調壞了，換了一個房間竟然門會常常打不開，叫服務員過來開門就會要小費。我的房間床墊是塌下去的，下午跟他們説要換房不同意，説給換個床墊，換了一個晚上都沒換，三個房間都沒有WiFi，氣的我最後一晚都沒住，改了行程回開羅，再住下去我的腰都要睡傷了

I cannot thank Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland for our amazing holiday and for making my mums 60th birthday so special. Our first room was lovely and clean but was near the pool which was a little noisy, which normally wouldn't be an issue at all but I was unfortunately really unwell the first few days and needed to just rest. As soon as we told them, they could not have been more helpful, they moved us to a much quieter area immediately. This has a lovely pool right outside with nice padded lounge chairs, and a bar where the wonderful staff would bring your drink to you. They came to the room with a cake for my mums birthday, they called the room every day to check we were happy with our stay, they cleaned the rooms spotlessly every day and were so nice and friendly when doing so (we had a lovely housekeeper called Mohammed). The food was lovely, they really tried every day to do something special, with a BBQ area outside cooking fresh exciting food. The staff in the restaurants were amazing, we met Mutstafa our first night and he went out his way every day to find us a seat and get us the drink we wanted and was just a joy to see! This hotel is such good value for money, we booked because of the glowing reviews and they are all completely right! Thank you so much to all the staff, I truly can't wait to visit again :)

A fantastic week at Parkland, rooms were nice, clean and spacious with really strong Aircon which was a blessing! The pools were busy but not overcrowded, always a sun lounger, and both the bar and pool staff were attentive and always going above and beyond to make the stay excellent. A massive shout out to Nastya, Lily and Emily from the Animation team who were all bubbly, energetic and always on hand if we had any questions or to keep us informed about the day's events and activities. They planned and hosted so many great nights out for us on our stay, strong recommendation for the Hard Rock Cafe karaoke night! And Nastya I'm sorry about lying about waterpolo every day, I'll play tomorrow I promise.

Great hotel the pools are amazing very clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming able to help with any problem. I will definitely come here again.

We recently stayed at this huge resort and really enjoyed our time overall. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and super accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a junior suite on arrival! The room was spacious, spotless, and the air conditioning worked like a dream. The resort has loads of pools, plenty of space to relax, and Wi-Fi that covers the whole resort, although the connection can be a bit patchy at times. Water bottles are always topped up and left outside our room. We were all inclusive during our stay. The only downside was that there are no snacks. It says snacks are offered between certain times, but it is just the leftovers from breakfast or lunch. The location is very convenient, just a 30-minute walk to Naama Bay with plenty of shops nearby, and excursions are easy to reach. The weather during our stay was gorgeous. The resort also has a private beach, which is about a 15-minute drive away via shuttle. It gets very busy there. That said, there were some disappointments. The food was VERY repetitive, which was a shame, and the selection of alcoholic beverages was limited. We strongly recommend avoiding the à la carte restaurants on site, as they made us ill. The on-site gift shops are overpriced, so it is worth venturing outside the resort for better deals. Evening entertainment starts late, around 10 pm, and is quite limited. The same singer performs four nights a week, and karaoke happens two nights, which made our evenings feel a bit dull and boring. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel for the staff, rooms, and facilities. It is a great place to stay in Sharm, but next time we would try a different hotel as there are better ones out there!!
