staying at this hotel was amazing!! i had such a good time and would 100% reccomend coming here. all the staff are very hard working around the hotel and the entertainment team were amazing, some of the nicest people i have ever met!!! the main pool is great and there are many activities provided throughout the day, along with the water slides being so fun. food is great and waiters in the main restaurant are very friendly and helpful. it is also very easy to get sunbeds in the morning and tables for lunch/dinner, we had no wait time for the whole 2 weeks. i am definitely hoping to return to this hotel soon as my experience was amazing, i loved every thing so much

What can we say? This holiday was the best from start to finish. Flights, transfers, hotel, staff, weather pure quality making the absolute perfect family holiday. Staff are friendly approachable and helpful nothing is too much trouble. Special shout out to the Animation department who made the holiday.....with their energetic starts to the day offer of activities and friendly personalities they literally have all the time in the world for the guests and have been so amazing with our two daughters from making up hand shakes to having them support in aqua gym as mini instructors always having a smile and hi 5 when they are seen around resort. Encouraging the kids and adults to get involved in a varied activity schedule including pools parties, ping pong, water polo and beach foam parties. We have loved every minute of our holiday and special thanks go to Teigan, Yousef (with the hat) and Yousef (without the hat) ❤️ for ensuring we had the best family holiday at coral sea aqua park we will definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return again!

Just back from the best two week holiday ever. The hotel itself had everything to keep both a 10 year old and 4 year old entertained, slides and pools suitable for each of them. Lifeguards are constantly watching every pool so you feel very safe. The bar staff are all very friendly and always serve with a smile on their face. We will miss our iced coffee's from Zakarya and his lovely smile. The rooms were so spacious, modern, brilliant air con and so close to the pools. The best part about our holiday was the animation team! We cannot thank Youseff, Mimi, Tegan, Viva, Youseff and Muhamed enough, they were amazing from the moment we woke up until going to bed. They were always there playing with the children, full of energy with massive smiles on their faces. They played with the kids during the evening entertainemnt and even got my daughter on stage on her last night. By far the best entertainment team I've ever experienced (and we have been to a lot of resorts!) We are going to miss them so much and we hope to return next year. A special thankyou to Mimi for being so amazing at kids club and Tegan when Mimi is off, my kids wanted to go every single day, I couldn't get them to leave! My children didn't go to kids club once on our last holiday, but loved this one, I think Mimi has special powers where kids love her. I joined in with both Youseff's aqua gym each day, they made it such great fun and the whole pool would join in. What a team

Just back from a week at this hotel. Very pleased with everything, pools were great, clean and not over crowded. Food, As expected for an all inclusive in the price bracket, plenty of variety and some staples to keep the kids happy. On site entertainment from the animation team was great, Tegan, especially was a hit, super friendly and great with the kids. Acts brought in did leave a little to be desired though but not enough to put a damper on things. The best evenings were when we had the quiz and bingo, fun events that were run by the hotel and got everyone involved, some more of these would have been great. Special mentions to Maher the recreation star, Mina the room service and Abdo the drinks guys. All absolute legends.

Amazing experience, after going to egypt 7 times, this was the one of the top hotels we've stayed at, loads of fun and great for family - the animation team made our stay even better, each and every one of them are a joy to be around and want to make your stay amazing and incredibly friendly. They have games for everyone and don't exclude anyone either. Service from everyone is incredible and each of them will happily have a conversation with you! There are 2 cats inside the hotel but anyone will allergies won't have an issue as they leave you alone, don't beg for food and don't leave fur everywhere. If you're looking to shop, the shops inside the hotel are really helpful and lovely to talk to, and if you're looking to venture outside, the 'asda' and 'tesco sports' are certainly the best you can go to

Like most people I read some of the reviews and panicked. Then read some amazing reviews which made me feel better but still couldn’t get the negative ones out of my head before arriving. We’ve just got back from a week here (our first time in Egypt too) and you know what I cannot fault it! The hotel isn’t 5* luxury it’s a very typical 4 star! Rooms were clean, gardens and outdoor areas very clean and well maintained. Pool area and waterpark nice and tidy (not forgetting how much the kids loved it) But let’s not take away from the fact that the staff here make this place! Aimee at the kids club (there is a reason she has so many amazing reviews - my two loved her) Viva and the rest of the animation team were so friendly and lots of fun getting involved in all the activities with them! My kids absolutely loved the foam party on the beach! Food was nice! Especially the nights the bbq was on that was my favourite. Plenty of choice. Buffet felt a little like a cattle market - but then again buffets usually do don’t they! I’d like to add here that Mawra in the restaurant was absolutely fabulous. Another shining star who my kids loved seeing every time we went to eat! The pool bar staff were amazing too. Would bring you drinks to your beds. Nothing was too much trouble. We used the spa was well! Had a couples package. That was really nice and good value! I would recommend using falcon excursions for your trips (next to the hotel) we did a private speedboat and snorkelling trip with them and a dessert safari which were fab! Fancy a meal out? Arab Bucks down the road was fab. We watched England here and had some lovely food!

Our family had an amazing time at Coral Sea Aqua Club Resort with TUI! The kids absolutely loved the entertainment, and the staff were brilliant, always including and encouraging them. With around 5 great pools, 3 restaurants, and an excellent buffet offering a variety of dishes, there was something for everyone. The 24/7 drinks with alcohol included and nightly entertainment shows added to the fun. The beach activities like foam, football, darts, and the banana boat made our stay even more exciting. Highly recommend it!

We all had an amazing holiday at coral sea. The transfer from the airport was really quick and easy. The hotel room up to date and cleaned everyday. The water park and pool were amazing we couldn’t get the kids out of the water. The pools were all really clean. The food was brilliant usually on an all inclusive you seem to have the same things every night but there was a good variety. Staff really friendly and helpful couldn’t do more for you. The beach at the sister hotel was really nice, the sea was gorgeous, could use the masks at the end of the jetty. Been recommending the hotel to everyone would definitely come back.

The holidays blues have set in :( this hotel and it's staff are the very best and for children this is the only hotel I would consider in Sharm. From the minute we stepped through to check in we was greeted with a smile and despite the scare of my wife leaving her bad on the coach this was returned within 30 mins by TUI rep Noir special mention to him and the member of staff on reception Mazen who made this happen at 1am! The hotel overall is very clean, everyday rooms are tidied and lovely to come back to, air conditioning also kept on with power supply for english plugs and c-plugs. Safe, kettle, coffee, tea. We got the swim up room and late check out for a midnight flight home both I really recommend, both a small additional charge but make your holiday even better, we will always get a swim up now, again the pool is cleaned evening morning and night. The staff are THE BEST OF THE BEST, we felt like leaving family behind when we left on Saturday night, they made our holiday! The teams from the Kids pool and bars managed by Sami Al Syed, main restaurant managed by Elsayed and his daughter Mawra who is so well known round the hotel for how amazing she is with children. and Lobby Bar managed by Mahmoud were incredible always looked after us, played with our son, always smiling and just all round wonderful people. Food is lovely in the main buffet, with different selections each night, the chinese is a gamechanger we loved the food they offered. Hassan on lazy river is always happy to see you and looks after you when going through, this is guarding throughout the lazy river duration like all pools so many lifeguards on hand to watch for your safety. The pools are so good for younger and older children, again always cleaned morning and night and never an issue finding seating everyday with shading. with staff throughout the day on Ahmed in particular on hand to get your drinks. Photography on site we were blown away how fantastic are photos were, the staff even can set this by the beach across the road at the sister resort, Again the staff are fantastic! Abdullah a special mention to as before during and after photos was always smiling and helping us at any opportunity, fairly priced and again flexible. Kimo's entertainment team again very interactive throughout the day with children, always smiling and offer evening entertainment. would be better if it was for longer in evenings and outside but you can fault what they put on every night in sports bar for kids as they are loved it! The spa & massage service is fairly priced and again the staff are fantastic and overall a lovely experience, they are flexible to durations and services they offer, ultimate relaxation are the words I would describe! we rarely do this on holiday but we heard so many good things, so glad we done it! The only improvements I would suggest is alcohol selections (you can pay additional for certain drinks) the American was not as good as the main restaurant or Chin
