Bad service but great coral reef access at hotel to snorkel. Though the masks are extra charge so bring your own if you have them. Breakfast buffet and drinks were not great / overall there are better hotels to stay at in sharm.

Lovely place … in all aspects

Обстановка очень приятная, уютная, чистота везде, приятный аромат, по возвращении с экскурсии приятно было ощутить парфюмированную атмосферу Savoy. Менеджеры отеля заботилось обо мне, периодически интересовались все ли у меня хорошо? Это очень ценно - индивидуальный подход. Гольф-кар всегда рядом и готов отвезти или забрать тебя на/с SoHo Square и даже чуть дальше, если необходимо. 1 разик я пожаловалась на ресторан и отошла попить чайку, каково было мое удивление, когда пришел директор ресторанного комплекса для уточнения и извинений. Ну что еще можно сказать ? Savoy прекрасен, оставайтесь на том же уровне. Отдельная благодарность Mr.Mamdouh, который очень заботился о моем отдыхе. Обязательно выберу этот отель, либо отель из Savoy Group в следующий раз. На территории отеля у бассейна есть сауна и хаммам. Рестораны A-La Carte лучше бронировать заранее. Самый вкусный L’Entrecot и Rosmarino

離機場很近，房間衞生乾淨，工作人員很熱情，餐食我衹吃了土耳其餐和中餐都很不錯，一家全包確實很贊，下次還可以選擇這家酒店

Доброе время суток. Завтраки супер! Выше всяких похвал! Но номера и сама территория местами напоминают о былой роскоши. Атмосфера классная в отеле!

酒店景色很不錯，幾個餐廳的飯菜味道也都還可以，但是衞生還是應該用心維護一下，因為洗手池裡發下了蟑螂。

When trying to find a 5-star all-inclusive I was somewhat bemused by the poorly written hotel descriptions and lack of detail on the all-inclusive package. We happened to land upon one of the best and I decided that on my return home I would take the effort to write a decent review to assist future, would-be holiday planners....so here it is: The Royal Savoy is an adults-only hotel which is an extension of the Savoy Hotel. The total accomodation forms a horseshoe shape around the pools and stretches down to a private beach area. If you stay at the Royal Savoy you have access to the bars/restaurants etc within the Savoy but not vice versa. This place is 5 star in every way and if you can stretch to the S-Class all inclusive you're wanting for nothing...We only spent a small amount of cash for tipping and that wasn't really required as your "bills" that you sign for every day have service charge included however, it was nice to tip the staff directly now and again and at the end of our stay for the fantastic service. All of the staff were excellent from the manager throughout. My particular favourites were Montasser in the pool bar with Beshoy together with Ahmed who prepared your towels, sunloungers and umbrellas every day. David and Bassem in the hotel bar were brilliant and at breakfast the staff were fantastic....from Emad who seemed to oversee the serving staff to the standout being Chef Mamun if you like your eggs benedict. The hotel is adjacent to Soho Square which is a clean and modern shopping and restuarant/bar complex. The combined area of the Savoy/Royal Savoy and Soho Square are self contained with guards at the only point of entry. This is quite normal to ensure the tourists aren't hassled in any way... I understand this is not the case outside the wire and at the other hotels up the coastline who, interestingly, all reference their distance from the Soho square complex. I have included images of the A4 guide sheet provided on arrival that shows what you are entitled to with the premium level S Class. The first picture shows the food options/times available and you'll notice that the dinner options include restaurants within Soho Square which are booked in advance at reception (on the day or preferably a day or two in advance depending on how busy the resort is throughout the year). Likewise the beverage entitlement also includes some bars within Soho Square. The final pictures cover the small print. Overall, the food was really good at all venues but our favourites were the Seafood, Italian and the Steak House....simply personal choice...I'm sure you'll enjoy them all ! Of note, the Royal savoy main bar did allow a selection of what we would identify as international spirits like Bacardi, Gordon's, etc within the package but that wasn't the case elsewhere. The local wines included were fine too. Overall we would definitely return as we were after a first class, really chilled holiday after a busy year. Be advised that

What a great hotel everyone so friendly and welcoming nothing was to much hotel was lovely and clean rooms excellent food lovely I went s class worth the money eaten out every night in soho at a different restaurant brilliant soho was lovely and safe and sea life was amazing big thanks to everyone at the royal savoy for a great experience highly recommended you will not be disappointed

From arrival to departure all of the staff could not do enough to make my stay a pleasure. The Italian and Steak restaurants were my favourites and the Indian was also excellent. Safari Bar and the Royal Savoy bars are both excellent with a wide choice of drinks. Always welcomed with a smile and nothing too much trouble. The team at the pool bar are simply amazing. They are so attentive, cater to every need and so friendly. I plan to visit again.

Excellent hotel, all the staff went above and beyond, making us feel comfortable. Lots of nice food , all alacarte and snacks. Very relaxed environment. No need to go out , everything is here, super relaxing.lovely little private beach as well Thank you ,

The Royal Savoy is a lovely hotel. The beach and breakfast staff are very attentive and some of the best service we’ve ever had at a hotel. The rooms are always clean and attention to detail is a lovely added feature with the Royal Savoy, ranging from cakes being brought into the room each day and a cold and hot snack buffet in the evening. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asked
