This hotel was lovely, perfect for our 11night stay! The rooms are massive, we had a family room in block 10 on the 3rd floor (top floor) over looking the quiet pool. the beds are quite firm and the pillows are huge (too big for me, but I adapted a cushion in to a pillow and that worked ok!) Air conditioning worked well, although it was leaking a lot but didn't effect how it worked. There was a big walk in wardrobe with plenty of space for everything. The bathrooms are great with plenty of room and a big shower room and separate toilet. It is all a little tired with the grout between the tiles missing in places, dirt on the skirting boards, the paint could do with an update and some of the towels were stained and frayed but it was clean and had everything you needed including free toiletries. the towels were replaced daily and room was kept well by housekeeping who were very attenuative and helpful. The grounds were impeccable, there were gardeners and maintenance staff out everyday tending to the grass, painting the floors, cleaning the footpaths and trimming the trees. If that amount of attention was paid to the rooms it would be 5*! The restaurants were great, we found the main buffet restaurant a little repetitive with its food, but there was always lots to choose from, almost too much that didn't really make a meal at times! The a la carte restaurants were amazing to break it all up, in the 11 nights we were allowed 5 visits to the different restaurants. The Indian was my favourite... but they were all lovely. The staff are AMAZING, so polite and helpful, great with the kids and really make the hotel a great place to stay. Drinks were ok, no measures so sometimes too strong and some times didn't really taste of anything, lots of choice including iced coffees and plenty of cocktails! The snack bars were ok, but we just found them too hot to eat in through the day so just stuck with the main restaurant. shame they didn't do ice cream longer through the day, it in the furthest bar by the children's pool 11am-1pm and is real ice cream, the buffet only served sorbet. The pools were great, plenty of room and loads of activities for all ages with shallow areas and seats in the water for the pool bar. The bottom of the pool was becoming quite dirty by the end of our stay, not sure how often they give it a clean! the Life guards we very whistle happy, but really good fun. The slides were a great addition to the pool too. Sun beds are comfy and easy to move about to get some shade from the 42 degree heat in July! You do need to get up earlyish (8am) to reserve a bed, but there are loads to choose and if your not luck enough to get by the pool then there are loads of bed by the quiet pool and on the beach. The beach has a bar and bed, with hummocks and big swing beds, the jetty was lovey to walk along to see all the fish and you could go for a dip right at the end with a life guard there for safety. We are currently at Coral Sea Holiday Village in Sharm and wanted to say a massive thank you to Mohammed and his team from the Greek Taverna. The food, atmosphere and staff are 5☆. They interact so well with our 10 year old son, which makes the evenings more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend

Beautiful hotel. Amazing staff that go above and beyond. Lots to do, especially if you have younger children. There is a photographer there and he was absolutely brilliant. I would 100% recommend booking with Ramez whilst staying there. The pictures were ready same day and his service was the best!!!

I stayed with a family of 23 at this resort, so naturally there were worries. The biggest worry we faced was whether, due to great age range amongst the children (myself being 18, the youngest being 3), all would feel satisfied with activities in the resort. However, this worry was soon eradicated by the entertainment team, and I speak for all the children when I say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The team (Tweety, Julia, Destiny, Adham, and Hamda) were brilliant at entertaining the younger children, and us older ones felt that our needs were accounted for too. The best example I can give is the arrangement for a group of young adults to be escorted out of the hotel to a club with the team and the hotel’s knowledge. The team ensured that we all felt safe at all times and arranged a safe mode of transport there and back. To say I throughly enjoyed is an understatement. I cannot commend the team enough for all they did to ensure we all enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Came here for 2 weeks had interconnected rooms which was good. We got put in a block very far away on the 2nd floor not a idea with a 3 year old and buggy took about 15 minutes to walk to the kids pool or to get lunch not good enough in the heat of Egypt the grounds are far too big and stuff spread out too far. We changed rooms closer to the Central Part a few days in but the hotel in my opinion is not a 4 star plus hotel, out side the room the Ceiling leaked, lights flickering constantly in our room, bear wires exposed, toilet kept jamming on flush mode. Cleaner friendly grounds very well kept, kids club staff seems happy and friendly so did the restaurant. Food wasn’t that good not much choice and the same food was repeated both sides unfortunately. Very disappointing with the drinks soft drinks poured from plastic bottles they allways tasted flat why not have it on tap it’s 2024 or even a machine so you can do it yourself. A lot of the staff are just wanting tips for example when you want a drink most People would que and ask but the bar staff where too Busy making drinks for other people and leaving the bar unmanned just to get tips. Also when ever no que the bar man would go take drinks to People and leaving guests to wait upto 10 minutes which is unfair. All the paths were getting painted and varnished the smell was strong. And paths closed off. The Ariel adventure has not been on for years this is a misssold feature of the hotel. If people want to tip why not tip the poor gardeners who are in direct sun all day. Golf carts would often zoom about at night which is a problem as Most didn’t bother to turn the lights on so you couldn’t see them. A man was also naked in the toilets in front of children while we were there. More like a 3 star hotel. WiFi is 500 Egyptian pound which is about £8.30 the hotel try and says it’s £10 gbp over charging. When ever you report a problem the hotel staff are not really interested in helping you

You NEED to visit Holiday Villages Red Sea/Coral Sea Holiday Resort! We visited as an English couple for 10 days (neither been to Egypt before) and couldn’t have had a better holiday. Area: 10 minutes from Sharm airport, huge resort with private beach, close by; shops, pharmacy’s, bars and restaurants and all security controlled. Airport is very ott with checks/scanners/security, so be ready for that. Food & drinks: buffet; so much food, lots of variety for breakfast, lunch a dinner, all cooked well and all cuisines/themed nights. Themed restaurants; Greek, Indian, Chinese etc which we tried which were lovely! Local alcohol is pretty good (cocktails, beers, spirits, etc) & lots of soft drinks available (juices, slushy’s, coke, sprite, iced coffees, etc), all ice is made from bottled water and bottled water is available in all bars. We ate lots of salad and fruit also which was well prepared and neither of us got the typical ‘Egyptian tummy’. Rooms: we had a standard room which had all you needed and was very spacious. Lovely patio as we were on the ground floor, mini fridge and a safe which is free to use. Room was cleaned and made up everyday, bottles of water left, and the cleaners made animals out of towels etc which were brilliant! Resort: massive resort which is beautiful! Clean, tidy and kept to a high standard by the gardening, maintenance and cleaning teams. Entertainment/activities/pool: so much to do. 1 massive main pool with activities throughout the day and one smaller quiet pool located at the other end of the resort. No need to get up at 5am to reserve sunbeds. Entertainment & activities every day (football, swimming, diving, kids club, quizzes, water polo) and night (singing, dancing, bingo, magicians, etc) which tui reps put on. Excursions man across the road from the resort for all outside the hotel. Staff/service: every single member of staff were phenomenal! Polite, friendly, accommodating, caring, helpful and the majority spoke good English. You were always greeted wherever you went on campus. We took GB£ to spend which everywhere accepts. Staff are very much appreciative of £1 tip but isn’t expected/waited for. We tipped when we wanted to and didn’t feel pressured at all. Take £1 & £2 coins along with £5 & £10 notes for spending. Some staff will ask you to change their coins for notes but this is only because they can’t change coins at their banks. Say no if you don’t want to but they aren’t rude with it all. Only negative is the rooms don’t have full length mirrors in but that’s being very picky and didn’t affect our holiday. All in all, an absolutely fantastic and relaxing stay and we will definitely be returning very soon and in years to come! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful❤️

This hotel was a very good choice for winter sun. It feels spacious, with many pools and lounger areas to suit everyone’s needs. They had 2 heated pools during this time, but the sea water was also enjoyable. The beach is lovely, many loungers, bar area and restaurants. The water is very shallow so it feels safer for the children to play, even the kids club teacher took the group to play on the beach and they loved it. There was food choices on the buffet for everyone for all meals, but there are also a la carte choices for dinner which need reservations. The self booking screens were great All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the kids club teacher was so welcoming and good with the children. Although they didn’t have a set programme each day, they did structured acitivies with some play time either on the beach or in the pay area outside. She was excellent at ensuring the children were safe which made me feel confident, well done! They also had an evening kids disco prior to the evening entertainment. Our room was ground floor, sea facing, and it had a separate area with sliding doors for the children. The room suited the style of Egypt and wasn’t very modern but had all amenities necessary, including robes and slippers for comfort. The water park is in a separate building across the road which made a great escape on windy days. Although we stayed all inclusive only soft drinks were included in the package at the water park, it didn’t bother us but nice to know info. We were at the hotel over New Years and they out on a great party, and went to a lot of effort! I would choose this hotel again!
