New hotel nice room air con can be too cold or not cold settings a bit difficult to control. Good laundry services and good buffet breakfast. Too bad there’s construction of light rail system right in front and roads in front are without bus services thus needed to walk further. There’s some mosquitoes in the room not sure if due to constructions. Otherwise nice stay,

The hotel is clean and nice. The only issue with the room is the lights. The lights by the bathroom sink only come on when the main lights in the sleeping area are also turned on. You cannot turn on lights by the sink at night without waking up anyone sleeping in bed because all the lights will turn on. Everything else is really nice at the hotel. Not too far of a walk to streets with lots of restaurants and bus stops.

Excellent location between Little Park and Longnan South Road food street. Helpful staff. They don’t speak much English however.

LOCATION : The location of the hotel is convenient, easy to access local big shopping arcades, if by taxi just takes you 10 to 15 minutes. FACILITIES : The facilities of the hotel are adequate allow you to relax and enjoy. SERVICE : The staff are helpful and friendly, willing to provide advice for shopping and dinning. HYGIENE : The hotel is clean and tidy, no cigrette smoke remained in the rooms. The air conditioning is adequate provide a comfortable environment for your stay. Overall this hotel is highly recommended and also it is value for money. I would recommend my friends to stay here for their trips.

汕頭中山中路宜必思酒店——位置超便利的性價比之選! 出門騎個共享單車可以到達汕頭老城核心景區，逛騎樓、吃小吃超級方便。前台小月服務。酒店還有健身房，器材齊全，晨練夜跑都能滿足。洗衣房配了三台大型洗衣機，長住或家庭出行無憂。整體來説房間空間寬敬佈局合理，行李箱打開無壓力，隔音還效果不錯。

讓我喜歡上宜必思的就是這家店，四月份的時候來潮汕玩就喜歡上了這個地方，但初見總是驚艷，再見瑕疵就會出現，這次入住宜必思：服務依舊好，但房間的排風扇和牆壁的美縫做的不好，房間前期驗收工作做的不到位，太依靠後期前台和後勤工作人員辛勤付出了，建議浴室排風扇定期檢修、牆壁縫隙修補（洗澡的時候擦到牆壁容易破皮）

這次旅行住的酒店太讚了！位置超棒，周邊美食多，出行方便。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適。工作人員小芝熱情周到，有求必應。早餐種類豐富，中西合璧。下次來還住這兒，強烈推薦！

這家酒店的服務態度非常好，尤其是前台小芝每次都會很熱情的打招呼，員工非常專業。房間的衞生打掃得很乾凈，佈置温馨舒適，很值得推薦哦!晚上吃了酒店附近的海鮮粥很不錯！

真心説-，這家酒店超預期。房間大，空調足，乾淨衞生，服務好。有小吧枱和書桌，兩張床鋪很寬。大堂超級大，設計風格現代，有健身房和洗衣區。酒店位置好，離龍眼南路非常方便，騎上小電驢十分鐘就到。中山中路位置方便，好打車，酒店位置在路口，停車取行李很方便。下次如果有機會再去汕頭，還是會選擇這家。

這家酒店的床品質量很好，睡起來很舒服。房間的窗户可以打開，通風效果好。酒店的前台服務人員小月很專業，對周邊的景點和交通都很熟悉，還幫忙推薦了遊玩路線。
