Thumbs up for the in-house staffs. Superb service & hospitality. Room amenities fully equipped. Supermarket is just outside opposite. Walking distance to old town. Highly recommended.

It was tidy and all staffs were 'SUPER' kind. There is a very cute and clever dog, I doubt he is human. 3min walk to the east gate, big super market just next door.

Room was huge and had excellent facilities. It's a 5-10mins walk to the old town. Staff was super helpful and drove us to the airport too!

Impressed during my first night stayed in Shangri-la with them so booked at this hotel again after my trip back from Deqin. The service of all their staffs was fantastic and they even go extra miles by getting touch with their guest in advance and you are able to feel the welcomed before even check in. They provide pick and send from bus terminal, airport or railway stations so they will check with you on your arrival and schedule to pick you up. You can really feel how you are being prioritised as a guest and the service they provided was better or at least matched with any 5 star hotels. The location of the hotel are just right beside the ancient town. For tourist who like to visit ancient town would be a perfect place to consider. The room are good too nothing bad for me to pick on. Certainly will book this hotel again if i visit shangri-la.

We were immediately welcomed by 3 hotel staff at the parking lot and they were all young and friendly helpful people. The room is spacious and clean . Everything is in order and they patiently guide us around the room. It’s located near to the ancient town yet quiet. Highly recommended to all travellers .

Service staff are super friendly and helpful. They rushed to our car to help with our luggage. A complimentary fruit platter was delivered to our room as well. The staff even waited for the last group of guests to return before they proceeded to rest for the day. Love the design of the building, rooms and hot showers. There were even tubs for us to soak our feet.

We had a wonderful 2 night 3 days stay at this newly renovated hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival in a taxi, they reimbursed us for the fees paid, this is rather a surprise where this hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off service. Highly recommend this hotel for its big and spacious room.

They were not just attentive but genuinely caring, ready to accommodate any request with great enthusiasm and efficiency. Their excellent service truly made my stay memorable. Amazing experience with great host and a lovely golden retriever

The people at this hotel are really helpful and nice, they bring you a fruit platter in the evening and insist on carrying your bag and helping with any problem. They have a lovely dog who is playful and friendly but well behaved. The rooms are clean and new with good quality bedding and towels. The rooms are also quite spacious and have modern touches such as electric curtains, oxygen generators, Japanese toilet, humidifier and underfloor heating. I would recommend this hotel.

我願為稱它作民宿中的海底撈，每一次回民宿，工作人員都會來迎接，幫忙開車門和提包，搞得我都有點不好意思了，嘻嘻。尤其建議要看看民宿公眾號的旅遊和美食攻略，絕對靠譜。一次性浴巾、毛巾、泡腳桶和每晚的水果盤很暖心。最後要説説坐鎮的兩衹狗狗，太太太可愛了！

來雲南這幾個城市最滿意的一個民宿，環境乾淨衞生，位置好就在古城邊上，步行5分鐘就到。民宿小哥哥小姐姐的服務特別好，每次都會出門迎接並且幫忙拿行李拿包。酒店還有兩衹特別温順的大狗子
