Môi trường rất tồi tệ, tất cả chúng tôi đều bị paederus cắn, nổi những nốt sần dài khắp người, đau và ngứa, cơ sở vật chất tương đối cũ, thông tin mạng rất kém.

Giá trị đồng tiền, hiệu suất chi phí cao, đi du lịch với trẻ em, có thể được ưu tiên! Khu phố tương đối yên tĩnh nên có thể ngủ yên giấc, gần ga tàu điện ngầm nên đi lại thuận tiện, cửa hàng phục vụ ân cần, vui lòng hỏi lịch trình trước nhé!

Vị trí rất tốt, có một trung tâm mua sắm 7 phút đi bộ bên cạnh cộng đồng. Các phòng là trung bình. Tàu điện ngầm rất gần. Giá cả phải chăng. chủ nhà thân thiện

WARNING! Landlady will not return deposit unless you give her a 5 star rating! The location of the booking is not accurate. It does indicate the area, but not the specific apartment. After we called the landlady she immediately offered us a “free upgrade” for the inconveniences she caused. The apartment was in a bad condition, the toilet had issues and there were no towels. We are not too picky, so we made the best out of it. However, after our checkout she asked us to give her a 5 star rating. Since we did not want to lie, we decided not to give her a rating. When we asked her when we will receive the deposit back she said after she receives proof of our 5 star rating. Otherwise she will keep the deposit. Then she insisted that the “upgrade” is only free with the rating. When I complained to customer service, she claimed that my friends and I refused to check into our original booking because it was too high (6th floor). In reality, she never let us check into it and never mentioned paid upgrade or the condition. Furthermore, the “upgraded” accommodation was also on the 4th floor, which we didn’t mind. We don’t know where the original booking would have been but it was not consistent with the address provided in the first place and we neither refused to check in nor minded the 6th floor. Not that it was mentioned in the booking. Originally we did not want to leave a review, as it wouldn’t have been positive, but seeing how she threatens us to keep our 300 RMB deposit which is almost the price of the accommodation, we decided to leave an honest review to help other potential guest from not getting scammed. It could be that this accommodation got good reviews from other guests because they gave into the threats and eventually just wanted to get their deposit back.

Room was ok but bathroom was very dirty, I would not recommend Soaps provided were old, and some people in the morning came into the room to do a visit??? They opened the door without our permission while we were sleeping This happened 2 times during our trip

With kitchen and washing machines. Two bed rooms with two queen size beds. Good place for stay of 4 people. We were 1 adult and 3 kids. Had enough space for us.

Great location - near to mrt, has stores and food nearby, close to the center and if necessary convenient to go to Expo as well (direct line MRT). Friendly and helpful host, helped us to upgrade room for free.

很安靜的位置，設施齊全，整潔衞生，入住體驗很好，圖片是我準備離開時拍下來的，廁所和廚房忘記拍了，都很好。

一家人過來的，兩個卧室足夠一家五口居住，適合帶小朋友的家庭。離上海的幾家醫院都非常近，步行可達，附近有地鐵，吃飯什麼的方便，步行到外灘大概2.5公里，位置很好。

説不出的失望😭😭一到樓下就感覺環境不好。上樓打開後，更是大吃一驚，從上到下從頭到尾，跟照片上沒搭一點邊。空調水還一直滴到房間，滴了一夜。這樣的，真的沒有400多的價值？🥹🥹

親戚來上海看病幫忙定的。太不正規了。就是二房東租了很多房，排到哪個分哪個。和圖片完全不一樣。就是那種老公房很小的一室户稍微裝修一下。還收了300按金，攜程上面明明免按金的。整個流程給人感覺非常不正規。就是醫院門口那種要不要住宿要不要住宿一直問那種住宿。搞不好醫院門口討價還價還能便宜一點。親戚也沒説具體住的怎麼樣，我的代訂體驗很差反正

設施：齊全有廚房冰箱，空調老舊偶爾會漏水，有洗衣機，沒有晾曬的地方，衹能晾在房間內， 衞生：一樓潮濕，差了些，房間有異味，有蟑螂，窗台上佈滿灰塵（不敢開窗），衞生間太小，沒有晾毛巾的地方，一樓蚊蟲多，住了一晚一腿大紅包，看圖吧 環境：小區裏倒也是算安靜，1樓，樓梯房，就是別人上樓腳步聲大一些， 服務：客服態度倒是不錯，反應了房間有異味，有馬上讓阿姨過來處理，噴了好多空氣清新劑，房東也不錯，給提早入住， 優點: 離醫院近1公里左右，床大，適合家庭， 缺點:房間在一樓，潮濕，衞生狀況欠佳，建議儘量選擇高點的樓層

帶媽媽去醫院檢查的，老闆看有長者不能爬樓，特地升級了房間，非常感謝 設施：很好 衞生：超好 環境：超好 服務：非常好
