Nice and clean. Decent sized rooms. Very easy check in and check out. Friendly and helpful staff. The bed was comfy. There is a metro rail nearby which you can hear regularly. There are some food places about 1 km away.

Room clean but far to subway station

Wonderful stay for our Shanghai Disney Trip. Travel with family of 6, front desk TT (小玉）specially arrange for a family connecting room. The hotel is conveniently access via MRT Station, and there are 2 trip of shutter bus to Disney Land, at which one depart at 7am (for early entrance ticket) and another depart at 8.30am. Room is clean and nicely setup. Hotel serve very tasty breakfast with lot of variety. All kids are delighted with the daddy choice 😘 , simply the best hotel they had ever stay..

Well located and convenient hotel for who wants to go to Disney Park in Shanghai. Good breakfast and Also good food available.

The hotel was fantastic. The check in process was easy and both staff spoke enough English to make the process much better. The room was clean and modern. Comfortable bed. Only thing I would ask is that the water pressure in the shower be improved. Location is great if you want to travel to places like Shanghai Disney.

Great spot to stay if you’re going to Disneyland, they provide free shuttle service but they leave on the dot so be extra early or get left behind (they don’t wait for you). Buffet Breakfast was good and they even gifted a snack package for our Disney trip. They have a good view of the metro that goes by which my son loved to watch. Overall a good spot just didn’t have any shops or food near by so bring what you need before coming.

Location was convenient for Disney. We didn't explore the area around the hotel at all. The rooms were nice and clean with typical amenities. The breakfast was mostly Chinese style with a few bread options. There is a train that passes nearby that could cause a noise disturbance if your room is facing it. My room was not and I thought it was nice and quiet. Overall I'd stay here again if I was going to Disney.

There are hairs around the sink, obviously cleaning is not up to standard Paid a premium on room with shuttle to Disney, when return at night, the shuttle is full and few of us have to stand in the bus, the shuttle is shared with other hotels, it is ridiculous.

Hotel located close to the Airport. About 700 meters walking from hotel to subway. The room is clean and the staffs are nice. There is shuttle bus to/from hotel and Disneyland. Anyway, hard to find restaurants nearby the hotel. You have to walk more than 1 km to go to local area where you can find shops and restaurants. I m ok to walk tho.
