Had a quick 4-night stay to cross-country ski in February. Hotel in a perfect location short walk from Seefeld centre but still quiet. Also well located for the train to Innsbruck and beyond. Beautifully looked after, warm, nice ambience and very attentive and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and very good 'small' spa facilities (small pool, jacuzzi, steam room) all of which we used every day. Very well fitted out room and good views of the mountains. Only minor issues were that our room (no.5) was above the breakfast area, so if you take this room you may be woken at 6.00am or before by breakfast preparation, and on two occasions the pool was full of young children, not very well supervised. However, a lovely stay overall and we would recommend it winter or summer.

What a place. The town is stunning and the hotel was absolutely brilliant. Wonderful staff , Kitty on reception is a delight, freshly cooked and tasty breakfast, free car parking and views to die for from our terrace. The deluxe apartment was fantastic for our family group. Comfy sofas and large beds. Lashings of hot water in the showers.

Fantastic hotel in Seefeld. Its location is great as it’s only a 10 minute walk to the center of the town, where you will find a lot of restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself is nicely decorated. We got upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment and it was stunning. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms and a cosy living room, with a fully equipped kitchen. The breakfast is very good with lots of choice. Fresh eggs and pancakes are served too! Good cappuccino’s and very fresh croissants were a daily treat 😊 The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel whenever you want to go to Seefeld.

I stayed in the hotel for four days .. The Room provided was located in the basement ( with zero view and luck of windows!!! this really not professional action by the hotel .. I have asked to change my room even if there is a difference in the price I will pay it, However the receptionist girl was so rude and the answer was “ No we can not help you “ This my worst hotel stay and experience in my life.. The price was not even worth the hotel condition and type of the rooms/ flat. I don’t recommend this place at all .

We stayed with owner friends in their 2 bedroom apartment last week. Not only was the location fantastic but the hotel’s decor was clean, simple and very high end, offering as many mod cons as you could wish for. After long days of walking, we enjoyed relaxing in the spa’s swimming pool and sauna - what effortless luxury.

Wir hatten das Familienzimmer mit Doppelbett und 2 Stockbetten. Herrlich viel Platz. Und das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Vor allem der Kaffee - besser als im Hyatt. :-)

Wir waren zum dritten Mal im Prinzess Bergfrieden. Es passt einfach Alles. Sehr herzliches Personal, ob Chef, Rezeption, Frühstück, Reinigung, alle aufmerksam und freundlich. Tolle Zentrale und doch ruhige Lage. Mega schöne Suite. Wir wollen wieder kommen.

La stanza/appartamento era spaziosa, arredata con gusto, silenziosa. La colazione varia ed abbondante. Il personale disponibile e simpatico. La posizione ottima, a due passi dal centro e dai percorsi in montagna

Wir waren jetzt schon zum dritten Mal in dieser Unterkunft in Seefeld. Tolles familiäres Hotel mit nettem Chef, das alles bietet was man sich wünscht. Von Schwimmbad über Wellnessbereich bis Fitnessraum. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, besonders der Kaffee! Und Manja, die herzliche Immer-Gut-Drauf-Fee verbreitet schon mein Frühstück Gute Laune. Kitti am Empfang ist außerordentlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Hat immer gute Tipps, erfüllt einem jeden Wunsch und reserviert auch gerne das Restaurant fürs Abendessen oder organisiert ein Taxi. Vielen Dank an diese zwei Mädels, ihr habt unseren Aufenthalt eindeutig noch schöner gemacht.
