The apartments are very old, there is an unpleasant smell, there is a construction site and a factory with industrial exhausts around. In general, housing for very poor people. The price is very high, that is, the price does not correspond to the quality. The location is bad, there is nothing around except the factory and sand. The pool is dirty. The breakfast bad.

Can stay with family

Worst service ever! Omg, they don’t cleanup the room everyday even though you requested them. If they come they just make the bed and that’s it! Don’t even bother to give us clean towels after specific request. Such a bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend anyone after having this horrific experience…

When i walked into the room in the floor. 2 staffs were fighting and when we went to the pool, the pool was closed had to wait for 30 omg and the break fast its said continental but there was nothing. Some tomato sandwich and some foood. On that flies are flying. The plates are having hair. The breakfast was terrible. Had to go to the room and order something. It’s said 4* but definitely it’s not. It’s probably a 1* or 2 * max. And then when we wanted to clean our room. The room service guy came to clean and he was fighting with us as the garbage guy did not take it and go he started fighting wit louder tone and had to call the reception and say that he is fighting. The room service guy is telling he is not my boss. I think there is no cordnation in the team. The bathroom is to smelly water is leaking. No towels were given after requesting many times it came in after 2 hours. Very bad service. Very disappointed

Pros: - rooms were a decent size - my family were able to stay together Cons: - the breakfast is just sad, that's the only way I can describe. Barely edible - housekeeping acted like I was personally taking their pillow and towels when asking for extra. Had to repeat myself several times as I needed the items. - we requested a cot for my baby, wasn't there when we arrived, requested again and we got the dirtiest one they could find. - the room and bathroom cleanliness was just... Well it's something. - the washing machine still had screws in that needed to be removed so it looked like it was going to fly off the wall. A total hazard that we had to call maintenance for. - the kitchen didn't actually have a stove. Just a sink with burnmarks, cupboards that don't close properly, a microwave and a coffee maker that has a European plug so can't go into anything. Oh and the dangerous washing machine. The only decent appliance was the fridge that actually blocks the light switch. - the "kitchen" and bathroom fans were so filthy, when we turned them on, dirt flew out. - the bathroom would have so much condensation if you closed the door too long. The mirror would literally fog up and the room was wet. - random holes everywhere and things not installed properly. Just embarrassing like a cowboy builder was hired to do the work. - the sofa had a random burn hole too. - the TV would disconnect to the WiFi every time you would turn it off and it also managed to randomly change to french. - the front of the building is having some work done so to get to the entrance is one way. Meaning if you get a cab, the people behind will keep beeping as you get out. - not a generally nice or clean area. - damp on the ceiling that was dripping water.

The place is good and the food is good. On the 12th floor I tried the food and the room is good

Very spacious and comfortable apartments all facilities available, petrol pump, supermarket and some restaurants available nearby.

Great place to stay. Excellent service. But needs to improve the maintenance of the toilet. The faucet is leaking.

Everything was good! location is accessible to city and near to sharjah airport.
