staff was nice. a good choice for a short stay. the room was cozy though the air con was not working very nicely.

I received a very warm welcome from the son of my host, who was very helpful with regards to recommendations for bars and restaurants. The apartment is very close to the town centre. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and very well-appointed.

This is a small 2 room hotel. There is easy parking available right outside the room. We picked this hotel because we had a rental car and wanted to take the train to Cinque Terre. Hotels in the main city of La Spezia had very limited or complicated parking. This worked out very well as the train station was only ~500 meters from the hotel.
Our room was absolutely spotless. We stay in a lot of hotels of all price ranges both in chains and independent hotels and the attention to detail at this small was very impressive...it ticked all the boxes in a way that usually only the better brands of chain hotels do. One important note is that unlike so many hotels in this part of the world, air conditioning and heating is independently in each room. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean rooms, beds are comfy, there is air conditioning and heating in the rooms. Kettle, coffee machine, fridge and a large wardrobe are convenient. Small garden and a couple of parking places are a plus. Grazie Paolo

Vicino al centro, posto auto facilmente reperibile. Titolari molto gentili e disponibili. Servizi bar, supermercato, parrucchiere, farmacia, ristoranti vicinissimi. Da rivedere il costo delle camere a ribasso almeno di un 20%.

Ogni volta che io e mio marito veniamo a Sarzana da amiche soggiorniamo sempre lì… Paolo e Sabrina ( e genitori) sono persone fantastiche, posto molto pulito , e’ sempre un piacere tornarci .. super consigliato! Annalisa e Massy da Vercelli

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte durante il Napoleon Festival e siamo stati benissimo,! Stanze spaziose, pulite , ben arredate e con tutti i confort . Materasso comodissimo. Molto carina anche l'idea della colazione in camera. Una delle mie amiche, giusto per farvi capire come ci siamo trovati, non voleva più tornare a casa !!! Paolo e Sabrina, i proprietari, due persone splendide, ci hanno fatto sentire proprio a nostro agio! Gentili, disponibili e ci hanno accolto con il SORRISO! Altra cosa importante e che ci si può spostare a piedi e il centro è proprio vicinissimo. inoltre parcheggio ampio proprio lì vicino ! Consigliatissimo e se possibile, torneremo sicuramente ....
