Location good, property good but staff a blunder, the room allotted was not fit for use despite of room availability.

No tv no phone very low floor touching beds, unable to sit on toilet ex. Windows in toilet broken. Room very well lit & spacious. Close to airport. Pick & drop though agreed but not provided. Food was very good. Staff was courteous except check out when unnecessary argument took place to charge more than agreed upon.

Hotel was good the staff specifically the lady owner of the hotel was very kind. Rooms was clean and the room service was done timely. Nice

poor service and food quality is bad and room is not clean washroom is not clean and Staff Behive like not good so argument

Water bottle- you have to buy. Not even complimentary for 3 nights. Wifi- not working washroom- no exhaust and its attached to the other room's washroom with open ventilation. Ac- no remote tv- no signal menu- no menu in room even after asking they dont give. Parking- outside hotel and they even called at 2am in night asking to park somewhere else.

No swimming pool available no service available no wi-fi available even they charged us extra for 1 hr delay checkout without any proper service

Wi-fi not working, television not working, complementary item like water dental kit, bath kit not providing. No one listening on landline no response.

No water bottle, no soap, no tv recharged, negligent staff who don’t respond on my query. You must have to investigate on this

Normal, renovation under progress. After completion service may be good. At present restaurant very poor, needs lot of improvement.
