it is good for staying，very special villa design like in Europe，no matter room and garden are good for taking and fliming for girls ：p，big swimming pool, staff are very helpful and friendly. There are a lot of restaurants along the streets for dinner. But a bit expensive. Can order online by meituan App. More choice with good price. due to non-peak season，hotel is almost no guests，so no add-ons services : no bars, no dinner and breakfast is also very simple but changed dishes everyday, taste is ok. For room. Yes a bit old. Bur very clean, the bed mat is a bit soft and pillows are not good for sleeping . Suggest to ask for change it. Very close to the airport. nearby the beach sanya bay but there is a local tombs area along the road （so strange why dont move them away to rural). Recommended in non-peak seasons to stay some days.

Overall, the hotel is overpriced, looks much older than in the picture and needs proper maintenance. We stayed for five nights and we were given a room with a very small window overlooking a dark courtyard with a roof. The room was extremely dark even in the middle of the day. When I requested another room, even if they eventually gave me one, they first told me that "all the rooms were the same" (which was obviously not true). Moreover, the customer service was poor and certainly not up to the standard and expectations of a four-star hotel. I accidentally broke one of the coffee mugs in the room (it fell on the floor and had a chipped a bit) and they made me pay 25 yuan for it. This is unheard of and I have never had this experience in any hotel before. On top of all this, the hotel is in need of maintenance. The swings in the children's playground are not safely attached to the ground and pose a serious safety risk, half of the equipment in the fitness room is broken or not working properly, and some of the floors and windows in the rooms look scratched and pretty old. The environment, however, is good, as it is located very near a large and beautiful beach.

We had great time at Best Western Premium. All staff are friendly especially thank you to Lily Qin. Everything was perfect. Breakfast buffet had lot of options. I will definitely come again

A great hotel with an amazing interior design. With a beautiful view from the rooms. This hotel has 2 pool one of them is 1.25 meter and deep and 1.7 meter deep, which is great since in Sanya there aren’t many deep pools. The staff was very friendly and I had a great time staying here. I highly recommend this to anyone who is considering this hotel.

The Best Western Hotel in Sanya is a lovely getaway for any type of traveler, whether a solo traveler or a whole family! The staff are helpful and friendly and the facilities clean and neat! The pool area is an oasis and just across the road is a beautiful beach stretching for miles.

Quiet resort where you can relax away from crowd. Beautiful swimming pool , spacious and clean room, acceptable breakfast and friendly staff. Ms.Heidi is very helpful from the reception, she made our stay more comfortable and convenient. Thank you!

Hotel is very peaceful with nice buildings. The swimming pool was great, most of the time we were there alone. Everything else are below average. The place is very old, not properly maintained, breakfast was not good very little to choose from and same food for the two days we stayed there. The housekeeping wasn't able to clean our room, we had to call them two times to come clean. I think that place is a bit overpriced
