Good servis ,very clean ,great location to take flight or overnight before going to central London .

Super friendly staffs, very helpful and room is very clean. I had a wonderful stay and breakfast in the morning has great variety. Breakfast starts at 5am which is great for those catching an early flight. I called the hotel multiple times, they always pick up immediately and helpful to solve my problems. Tips, remember to bring cash for taking taxi from Luton airport parkway station to the hotel. To get from Luton airport parkway station to the hotel at night is a bit problematic, there’s a bus A or bus 100 to go between but staffs at the railway station don’t know about the bus service. During Easter the bus schedule became 20 min intervals instead of the original 10min interval, shouldn’t be a problem other times. No cash I tried calling uber got cancelled for 2 times before getting on one. It’s just around 1 mile from the railway station, took around 5 min of driving to get there once got on uber. Things are actually much more easy the next morning when I went from hotel to the railway station, hotel has a sign showing the departure time of the bus A or bus 100 that has a stop just outside their hotel across the road. Great for estimating your travel time. I am also able to get a later check out time upon request and upon their discretion. I am glad i booked this hotel overall!

Right from a very late check-in, the person who helped me was delightful (Megan) she helped me to arrange a late checkout as my flight to Lisbon was late the following day. Room was excellent, very quiet and comfortable. I slept late. I came downstairs the day manager apologies that breakfast was finished, I was late, no big deal, she gave me 2 crossiants left from breakfast and a coffee free of charge and spent 10 minutes talking about travels family etc, I think she was the day manager(Andrea), she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I left my room around 2pm as per the agreement and again, complimentary coffee. These two ladies are excellent at their job and I will look to doing a google review for them. Close to the town. Just walk 5 minutes. Have parking too. Clean room
