Great view in a special hotel with great service. Rooms and facilities partly a bit worn down but in fine condition.

It was great expiriance! Very good location in the jungle , you can do lot of things 😍all of us and also kids enjoyd so much! 2 -3 days is enough ! And all of stuff also boys who are taking suitcase are very helpful and polite !

Our first time here! Perfect family getaway in nature. The hotel cabs are fast and efficient, and the view is really nice. The rooms are spacious, air conditioning works great! Kids will have lots to do, including water raft, glass bridge, animal petting and swimming. The staffs are all friendly and welcoming. It would have been better if there were more food options but we will come back here again!

The resort's beauty is beyond words—from the breathtaking views to the exceptional service and warmth of the staff. The accommodation was top-notch and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was simply divine. But I cannot complete this review without thanking Manager Sun for all her assistance and for ensuring that our stay was that much more special.

We had a great experience here! It was beautiful and peaceful! The staff was very friendly and the views are breathtaking! The customer service 许环旺 was phenomenal! So helpful and always responded immediately! We actually forgot something after checking out and she organized SF to bring it to our next stop for us! Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a great experience!

The hotel is beautifully located, but getting there was a bit complicated. The taxi driver dropped us off at the entrance gate of Yalong Park, and we had difficulty reaching the hotel. Despite sending an email in advance asking for the WeChat contact, we received no response. We only managed to reach the hotel by phone with the help of a kind lady at the entrance, who arranged for our luggage to be picked up at the park gate. The room (Peacock villa nr. 5017) was truly beautiful and worth seeing, simply wonderful. It was also very clean, and the air conditioning was strong and effective. We dined at the Thai restaurant, but the dishes had a strong Chinese influence, which might not appeal to all Western guests. Unfortunately, the Western restaurant was closed during our stay. We were transported to the various attractions in the park by a VIP shuttle bus. Leo provided us with his WeChat contact, which made exploring the park possible despite our lack of Chinese language skills. English is not spoken at the hotel, which made communication challenging. Leo had to send us the tickets for the attractions via WeChat, which was a bit complicated. It would have been more convenient if the tickets were provided at check-in. Overall, the hotel is truly worth seeing, but one night is sufficient in our opinion. Checking out was also hassle-free, but the 1000 RMB deposit was only refunded upon request. We particularly want to thank Leo for his exceptional efforts in ensuring we had a wonderful stay. His assistance was invaluable and greatly enhanced our experience. In summary, a beautiful hotel with some logistical challenges, but definitely worth a visit.

Amazing, beautiful and super helpful and friendly staff. Super child friendly! They even supplied us with a cake for our daughter’s 2nd birthday.

Excellent Thanks so much to the service team especially Leo he managed everything perfectly for our special requests… Outstanding few from the mountain over whole Yalong Bay plus Ocean can be enjoyed directly out of the room pool…. Amazing to watch the sky and the ocean and because it is on top of the mountain it is not hot and you can enjoy very welcome breeze of fresh forest air… Excellent and enjoyable trip with great service we will do it again and again and again see u soon

Enjoyed my stay at the bird nest resort. There’s buses available at pick up point so it’s very convenient to go up and down the resort. It’s a nice getaway to nature and service was great. And there’s alot of thrilling activities which is very convenient. Just didn’t like the part that there was a 1k deposit and the only option was payment at hotel instead of charged to credit card in my home currency so I was charged service fee and also the jacuzzi is in a very exposed area where people could walk by

Service was great and they have a shuttle bus that can take you to multiple destinations on the mountain. The view is great and the areas around the hotel are beautiful for those that love nature.

I do not understand all the positive reviews. One of the worst experiences I ever had. 1) Pool in our part of the hotel was closed. No comment, no apologies. 2) Cameras are everywhere! Even pointing at your bed through the window from outside. 1984, Jungle version. 3) It is hard to see online, but the ressort stretches over miles with different mini resorts that are all connected via minibuses. That means you wake up to the noise and pollution of old diesel engines every day. 4) What are the doing to the animals in the zoo? This is pure cruelty for no reason. Also, who the **** would paint an Alpaka? Never again
