I had a lot of thoughts about my accommodation when I went to Hainan this time, but I don't regret choosing Pullman. One of the staff, Nicky, helped me without any inconveniences during the check-in and check-out, so I was able to stay very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and I could order food from Breezebar to the pool, and the BBQ was delicious. If I go again, I will visit Nicky again, and I will choose Pullman.

Very kid friendly hotel, big compound, super convenient as there is a direct access to the beach via an underpass specially for hotel guests. Breakfast spread was good. The hotel seems a little old but still pretty well kept, isnt a big problem for me. The only thing is the traffic outside the hotel, the main connecting road to a lot of sites, hence it is often jammed, nothing we could do about this though. Spa service was so-so, would expect better services for Pullman standards.

Our hotel stay was comfortable and it was made extra special by the birthday cake that our hostess Maria organized for my birthday. The breakfast was ok. The only let down was the New Year’s Eve count down party, it was too expensive for the kind of entertainment offered. It was boring and lacked the New Eve’s vibe

Amazing hotel, the pool is very unique and the staff is very nice and understands English. We would definitely return!

This Pullman is the cleanest hotel of all the 5* resorts around Sanya Bay. We tried 5. If u care about western standards and pay attention to smaller things (leaking water, weird noises, furniture falling apart, decayed facilities, clean swimming pool etc etc, then trust me, you want to stay here, rather than the other resorts in the close proximity. It’s worth the couple extra $ you pay. And no, im not a paid shill, we are a couple who traveled to Sanya on our China trip. The next real 5* we saw is in the Yalong Bay area (we stayed there too - Sheraton and Marriott, each 2 nights)… But around Sanya, this is your best bet. Hope we helped. Have fun.

As always the Pullman Oceanview convinces with its beautiful setting, lush gardens, wonderful pools and directly on the beach. It’s situated on Sanya‘s coconut dream corridor, a name never better given. Thanks to Eva to welcoming us back, we never regret coming here and will come back again. The Resort offers a great variety of breakfast options both Western and Chinese, as well as different dinner options on site and our favorite Italian Restaurant Casa Mia just up the road. Second and last time in this hotel. We came back this time because we liked the location and the hotel itself. Well, for 2 days we only ate at their restaurants, and the second day we got food poisoning at their BBQ restaurant, an acute gastroenteritis according to the Hospital . But the real problem was their behaviour: when during night we asked them to bring us to the hospital, asking that both in english and chinese (because during that night there was noone speaking english) they just ignore us. We could not move due to pain, and nobody was giving attention to us. And at check out, to apologise, they gave us a 8% discount on the bill....

Nice facilities and environment, beautiful view of the beach from my room. I must say the best was it’s people, specially Maria who was very professional, kind and ready to solve any issue, also Eva and Jack always give you a hand, they made me feel at home. I was supposed to stay 5 days but extended to 8, I highly recommend this hotel, and would stay there every time I visit Sanya.

Room number: 1320 Positives: - Comfortable bed with pillow menu (beds are not the typical rock hard Chinese beds) - balcony comes with grand ocean view - huge, impressive standalone bathtub - one time complimentary mini bar (4 non alcoholic drinks) - toiletries include hair conditioner (not a given in many Chinese hotels) - tv comes with international channels - bedside usb and usb c charging Negatives - no electronic blinds/curtains - balcony has no fan - housekeeping could be more responsive - service was good but but exceptional (staff could have made more small talk and take more initiative to ask guests) - hotel and room decor lacked the individuality and creativity one comes to expect from a Pullman hotel

The hotel is okay, but I expected more for the cost and the rating. It’s a little dated with wallpaper and paint peeling in places. Also, a lot of things just aren’t up to scratch. The outdoor playground area had parts closed due to poor condition and half of the pool was closed. There were also people smoking next to the pool and the play areas and no staff seemed to care. As a family with kids, this was disappointing. The food was good, and access to the beach was great. The reception worker was helpful when we needed something which was appreciated. Not sure I would stay here again.

Sara was assigned to help us during our 2 night stay. She is efficient and very helpful as she was answering all my questions before and during the trip from transportation to places to visit in sanya, to weather. We booked a family suite for the trip and the room was huge and spacious, with an ocean facing view. I can even see the lights on the tower near phoenix island from the living room. Our stay was comfortable and it really made me feel at ease. The pool was awesome and there was even an arcade in the hotel. There were only two things to improve - food and bed. Buffet breakfast and BBQ dinner, there were a few hits and misses in terms of taste and our bed was a little too hard for our back but hey we can ask for diff types of pillow so plus minus. Overall I will recommend this hotel to relax and chill. Last thing to note for foreigners, if your return flight is at the international airport instead of domestic to other parts of china, don't bother going to cdf. You can't buy anything as there is no collection counter in the international airport. We didn't know and wasted four hours at cdf.

Overall very good hotel. We took an apartment a bit isolated from the main hotel but very accessible to the pool. The apartment itself could have been better, there were not dishes, cutlery, knifes or anything to cook. So be prepared to always eat outside or order food. In termes of cleanliness it was ok. The pool and other amenities were extremely nice. It was so fun to travel with friends and families. The beach is in front of the hotel too.

It was everything we needed in one place - just what a resort should feel like! We are not a needy couple, but even if we were, guests' needs are communicated and fully met. 卫生：Hygiene works like clockwork: you would always see someone clean, wipe, mop all day long. Hats off to these people who are probably never mentioned, and are keeping the hotel up to standard. 环境：A lush and well maintained garden, clean swimming pool, plenty of amenities. 服务：One of the rare places where the cafe waiters actually have small talk with you. Not a common thing in this part of the world, so I'd say that the hotel is successful at giving an international service (apart from always being at one's disposal).
