Tardamos más de una hora para hacer el check in, el comedor un poco lioso no es fácil encontrar una cucharilla, colas tremendas para sacar café, no costaría mucho poner otra maquina, los baños son con bañera, necesita un poco de arreglo, considero que no puede ser un 4 estrellas, con un 3 estaría más acorde

Pros: Fantastic location for train to Barcelona and other resorts on the coast. Great pool (although cold in May!) Clean hotel Great facilities around hotel Opposite beach with easy access Cons: Sweet and sickly juices on all inclusive. Very limited all inclusive drinks, unsure what you can have especially in the restaurant. Cocktails poor and very sweet although if you are not all inclusive cocktails look great! Limited food buffet on all inclusive, very samey and we got quickly fed up with meals . Food not labelled as to what it is (No allergen advice). Dreadful snack bar- limp salad and burgers/ hot dogs left out all day. Coffee on all inclusive not nice (if your not all inclusive they have a nice coffee machine but all inclusive get different drinks!) No black tea 😳 Entertainment catered at non English Smokers ++++ at this hotel, I couldn’t get away from the smell of smoke. Rooms have very thin walls, you can hear everything 😳 No ice cream (only at dinner and lunch) for all inclusive- none available to eat outside unless purchased No eating on sun bed.

We have just returned from our holiday at Florida park and had a lovely time. Our flight was delayed so we did not check in until 2am but we were greeted by a nice man at reception and check in was quick and easy. As we arrived so late nothing was open to get drinks and there are no drinks in the room, but there are drinks vending machines down stairs and the man at reception was happy to exchange a euro note for some coins. The hotel itself is in a wonderful location and close to plenty of shops and restaurants and the train station with the beach just across the road. The hotel is wonderfully clean with rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels left. Food isn’t 10/10 but is nice and can always find something to eat. We travelled with a very fussy eater and they always found something to enjoy , the choice is very samey. If you go half board there will be time slots for you to eat and they are not very big, so can be a bit of a pain! I will echo other reviews and say please put a kettle etc in your rooms ! For half board we could not have breakfast until 8:00am which is fine but is an issue if you want a hot drink when you wake up if you are an early riser such a small thing would make a massive difference. My children are not very young so did not take much interest in the kid’s entertainment, but there was some going on. There isn’t a great deal of entertainment for adults and older kids during the day apart for aqua aerobics in the morning. Evening entertainment was ok , but did go on very late . I have nothing bad to say about it. Overall we liked this hotel and would return had a nice holiday .

This is our first visit to florida park and it ticks all the boxes firstly I will comment on how well the rooms are kept clean everyday the cleaners come in and work there magic and what an excellent job they do. The beds in the rooms are very comfortable and a good night's sleep will be had should you stay here. The staff here are very welcoming and can't do enough for you, be it a drink being served and brought to you or a cocktail made just the way it should be the bar staff and waiters/waitresses will make you feel at ease whilst relaxing by the poolside or in the seated communal area,if your bringing the kids the snack bar will keep them going for the day whilst there hopping in and out of the pool having fun. I would give florida park a higher rating if I could but I hope my review gives you a little insight into what the hotel and staff are like, have fun and enjoy florida park 😀 😎❤️

Cannot find any fault with this hotel !!, we arrived on the 16th of may for 8 nights checked out today the reception staff are brilliant , I work in reception myself and I know how pressuring the job can be , can not thank them enough , the hotel was clean , breakfast was brilliant great choice of food each morning and bar service was excellent all staff are so friendly we have really enjoyed ourselves brilliant location also didn’t want to leave !!!! Thank you Florida park hotel we will return

Fantastic hotel me & my partner come here twice a year meet up with our friends, all staff on reception are very helpful what ever you need nothing is too much trouble. Tony bar manager ,Edger and all the bar staff are very helpful they make your holiday extra special, we always go all inclusive, really good choice of drinks ,restaurant good quality of food rooms are lovely cleaners come every day .

Just back six of us first got to say reception staff brilliant very helpful and friendly, we had booked B&B or so we thort but turned out we were full board,we all got a free welcome drink nice touch,room was very clean not the biggest but for the time we spent in there it did the job, bathroom maybe a little dated but hot shower was fine,big pool area all again very clean plenty of beds,bar area bright clean plenty seats again staff very friendly hotel entertainment was good lively, to the restaurant plenty of choice anything you wanted was there, fresh omelettes to cereals , dinner again plenty of choice all very good , location is spot on five minutes walk to beach,bars, restaurants on your doorstep.Definitely return

A little disappointing. The hotel entrance gives a good impression, but the rest of the hotel fails to live up to the same standard. It wasn't awful, just dated and needing a little TLC. The majority of the staff were nice, though a few made you feel like you were bothering them. The spa was nice, but there was considerable mould above the jacuzzi. The ceiling windows were also filthy. The women who provide the spa treatments were lovely! The food was ok. Nothing amazing. The breakfast can be a disaster - they had fried eggs behind the live cooking station, which meant a huge queue formed where people were waiting for something that should have been self-serve, and just keep the omelettes as the live cooking area. It just seemed poorly thought out. The all inclusive drinks were unclear at dinner time - they were behind a roped area, and it wasn't clear what was permitted with dinner. The snack was is literally just for leftovers throughout the day. The drinks options for all inclusive are very limited! The entertainment was seriously lacking. Overall, I was left feeling like this was more of a 2 or 3 star hotel. I am confused as to how it is a 4 star. It is perfectly fine as a base, it is close to the beach, but thats all. It doesnt have a sense of luxury at all.

We're not usually type of people to go for a hotel with food included, favouring smaller self catering places and though it was undoubtedly busy, we had a lovely stay here. The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location is so close to the beach! The spa looked very nice and was reasonably priced though we didn't visit. (You can see it through the bar window). There was entertainment I think every night but it wasn't open too late to disturb the guests and it was a decent standard, with a lovely garden terraceif you didn't want to be in the thick of it but not miss out either. We're both vegan and this is where things got a little tricky. Although there was soya milk and dairy free yoghurts on occassion, the options for food weren't the most extensive and a few times we accidentally ate non vegan stuff because the labelling was wrong, realising afterwards. Please be better with making sure the allergen labelling is in the right place! Accidentally eating egg made my partner quite ill. Also, the menu for the snack bar on the wall has two vegan options, but we were told they were only running a smaller menu and there was nothing vegan on it. There was, however, plenty of fresh fruit for breakfast, cereal and plant milk, bread rolls and salad, and for those who like cooked breakfast, mushrooms, tomatoes and potatoes which was great for us. It was really just dinner where the options were so limited. All in all, we had a great stay.Thank you for having us.
