The cappuccino was exquise en tripworthy, made by coffeequeen Romina. Is was a kosmic experience to be a part of the given coffee lecture by queen Romina. In hotel Aurora e del Benessere via Pola 33 Santa Cesarea Terme Italy. Personel is helpfull and friendly in this beautifull hotel , in a stunning town.

One of the most disappointing hotel experiences ever. Extremely dirty to the point of wanting to leave, very basic facilities lacking essentials. Will not be visiting again. Stay somewhere else! This is clearly not a 4 star hotel.

Percorrendo il cammino del Salento con il solito gruppo di amiche abbiamo pernottato in questo splendido albergo La nostra camera era spaziosa, luminosa e pulitissima. Il bagno moderno e funzionale. Inoltre avevamo una piccola area esterna dove poterci rilassare. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire di Spa e piscina perché arrivate troppo tardi Ma torneremo sicuramente

Siamo stati in questo hotel per staccare un pochino la spina dalle situazioni giornaliere che ci impegnano lavoro e famiglia. Siamo della zona quindi la città è un gioiello, splendida vista. Hotel con servizio e personale molto gentile e accogliente. Qualità del ristorante molto buona per i miei tempi forse un pochino lenta ma sicuramente con la stagione iniziata da poco forse in cucina non è presente tutto il personale. Spa carina, la cosa bella è che è intima ed è solo per chi la prenota quindi non è condivisa. Avendo utilizzato tante spa consiglierei soltanto l'acqua della vasca idromassaggio poco poco meno bollente nonostante io faccio la doccia bollente restare in ammollo a 41° non mi rilassava, non siamo riusciti a resistere per più di 5 minuti. Abbiamo chiesto di abbassarla ma la signorina gentilissima ci ha detto che non si poteva perché rischiava di spegnerla. Stessa cosa per la sauna molto alta la temperatura infatti anche le panche scottavano di solito resisto senza asciugamano 15 minuti anche qui solo un paio di minuti. Invece bagno turco senza nulla da dire ho usufruire piacevolmente di questo servizio. Infine solo un consiglio letto rumoroso non so se era la testiera del letto o la base che cigolava ad ogni minimo movimento magari consiglierei di rivedere il problema. Vista dalla camera splendida. Aperitivo a borso piscina rilassante, colazione buona. Prezzo molto buono.

Très bel établissement, idéalement situé au cœur de Santa Cesarea, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer depuis la piscine et certaines chambres en étage. Le personnel est adorable, du service de salle à l’accueil en passant par le service d’étage. Les plats à la carte sont succulents et d’un rapport qualité prix +++. La piscine est magnifique et offre une vue incroyable sur la ville et la cote. Bref, un sans faute

Hôtel pouvant offrir de belles prestations mais malheureusement pas là. Accueil parfait. Chambre propre avec une belle salle d’eau. Piscine superbe disposant d’un bar jamais ouvert … même sur plusieurs jours. Décevant d’autant plus lorsque nous sommes en vacances, il est toujours agréable de pouvoir profiter du bar à côté de la piscine. Il en était de même pour le bar de l’hôtel … personne pour servir une boisson. Deux jours d’attente pour avoir le verre de bienvenue qui nous a gentiment était servi par Laura (la personne des petits déjeuner) seule employée présente toute la journée pour tenter de répondre aux besoins des clients…. Merci à elle pour son sourire et sa gentillesse. Nous avons essayé de profiter du spa… un Jacuzzi très sale, malgré les recommandations de douche préalable qui visiblement ne sont pas respectées … nous avons écourté rapidement notre accès. Bon massage et accueil très sympathique au spa. A noter que seul le personnel de réception parle anglais… étonnant pour cette catégorie d’hôtel.

Belle chambre, bonne literie et une belle vue sur la mer. La piscine panoramique est splendide. Le personnel de l’accueil est très sympathique. Cependant, le personnel du restaurant est sympathique selon la tête du client: 20 min pour être servis en café, alors que d’autres n’attendent pas… dommage: cela m’a calmée!

Bel hôtel. Un personnel très attentif. Romina et Mario au petit déjeuner très sympa et compétent. Personnellement nous avions hérité d une chambre avec vue sur mer Seul petit bémol le petit déjeuner pas très bien achalandé Par contre les capuchini de Romina un régal
