強烈不推薦這家酒店，完全是小某書推薦過來的。 第一，位置很不方便，必須要自己開車前往，然後酒店下午進去沒法入住，房間還在清掃。在懸崖上，沒什麼東西，也去不了海邊。 第二，酒店設定落後差勁，房間和價格不匹配，入住幾天，經歷過兩次停電。Wi-Fi斷掉。早餐要加錢也能接受，但是都是需要自己點，每次加點東西，都很麻煩！！！最後選擇早上開車出去吃飯。 第三，酒店打掃衞生阿姨非常馬馬虎虎，洗漱等用品，都沒有加，而且我們拆開的洗漱用品也不整理一下。 游泳池很大，但是小孩很多，下面的游泳池需要做SPA才能進去拍照。 平均四千➕一晚的酒店 個人覺得不值得，沒有東南亞好，我在ibiza島上 還住了其他酒店，這家是整個行程最差的一家酒店。

Good morning dear readers, my name is Walter Russo, I booked a stay in an imperial suite with my family from 1 to 7 August 2024 at the property in question. I'll start by saying that the view of this place is worth a lot, but that's all it is! Upon arrival I was offered a miserable bottle of sparkling wine for around €10 and it was the only thing that was offered for the entire period of the stay, in 5 star hotels that charge it works that every a fruit basket is left in the room every day and that's the minimum! The house keeping service is completely inadequate, the rooms are superficially tidied up leaving empty bottles and things around in addition to the ants wandering around in the room. The rooms are only managed in the morning, nothing in the evening! This isn't how it works in 5-star hotels around the world! In this hotel, anyone who books an imperial suite is not entitled to breakfast included in the price!!! This morning I was going to have breakfast for the first time and to my great amazement the young lady showed me this fantastic and surprising solution, it costs €35 per person! It was worth it! A meager table with some cold cuts and some yogurt, with two jugs of water and a fruit juice respectively were welcome! Everything else had to be paid separately. I greet you and wish everyone happy holidays!

A fantastic hotel, clean and well kept. The views are just amazing and staff incredibly helpful. The views are among the best I have seen and the hotel benefits from two good restaurants- one for breakfast and lunch and a separate one for dinner where you can enjoy the sunset. I fully recommend and will be back soon.

I recently stayed at Hacienda for our honeymoon and it was exceptional. From the planning to the departure they did an exceptional job of making this an incredible experience! If you want a small boutique hotel with a stunning setting, beautiful rooms, relaxing spa and quiet location this is the place. The staff were very accommodating and always available for any request. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, spa experience, yoga classes, dining to watch the sunset and relaxing around the pool. Nothing is too far in Ibiza so local farm to table restaurants and adorable towns are nearby, as are many small beaches. We will definitely be back again soon!

Fantastic hotel, magical place. Very helpful and kind personnel and the ladies in the concierge service were super helpful and knowledgeable, they did all the bookings for me and they suggested the best places in the island. Fantastic experience

In May 2024 we stayed in the Hacienda Na Xamena hotel for two weeks, just the two of us. We really enjoyed the hotel room with the beautiful view. We had a beautiful view from the private bath on the balcony. The personell was very nice, the room was cleaned well every day and a mistake (yoga session reservation had not gone through) was resolved very nicely (free breakfast that morning). We also received beautiful flowers in the room halfway through our stay. We were there before the big crowds (early season) and enjoyed the peace and atmosphere in the hotel. From the hotel we also went on trips to all kinds of places on the island. Walking from the hotel is also beautiful, you can walk quite simply to the high rocks with another beautiful view over the water. It's not possible to descent to the water from the hotel. The breakfast was quite pricey (35 euros per person), but you can choose anything in any amount from the menu and it was very tasteful. We took a yoga class at the hotel, which is definitely recommended. Beautiful view from the yoga platform and a professional and kind teacher. We hope to come back again in the future!

Let me start by saying this is the first Trip Advisor review I've ever written, but I'm taking the time to write it in hope that someone associated with this hotel who cares will read it and stop the decline of what could be a fantastic establishment. We stayed at Hacienda Na Xamena for the first time in October of 2021, right when travel was starting to open up after the Pandemic. We had a wonderful time. The view and the sunset from our suite was the most beautiful I had ever seen in my life. That seems to be the main selling point of the hotel - it's all you see on Instagram. The room was very bare bones and minimalist but I didn't mind. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne in the room, and the food over our stay was fantastic (we didn't leave the property). There were a few issues but overall, we couldn't wait to come back. We thought we had found "our spot" in Ibiza. Cut to almost the exact same time period two years later when we returned and got the same suite. Entirely different experience, and incredibly disappointing. 1. Absolutely no acknowledgement that we were returning guests. No bottle of anything in the room and a weird note welcoming "Mr. X" to the hotel with no mention of me, his wife, who was also a returning guest (and I had been the one communicating with the hotel during booking). This is not a requirement obviously but I don't think I've ever returned to a hotel where it was not acknowledged at all, even verbally. Not off to a great start. 2. On our last visit we used the spa every day and got a series of great massages. This time, after arriving and contacting the spa to make reservations we were told that because it was a holiday week in Spain, the spa was almost entirely booked (by non hotel guests). In addition, they didn't have any masseuses or facialists working before 3pm. We were only able to book one massage each during our whole visit and it felt like we had to beg for it. I understand the hotel's need to create revenue, but it feels like they should reserve some spots for paying guests, or tell you during the reservations process that it will be a busy week and to book any services in advance. The massages were fairly poor for the price and it was impossible to communicate with the masseuse I had because she didn't speak English. Also, skip the "waterfalls" experience - it is a complete waste of money. Trust me. 3. Food was extremely overpriced and sub-par with little to no vegan/vegetarian options. Yes I know this is Spain, but last time there was an entire full vegan MENU that was incredible so we expected this time would be similar (in fact one of the reasons we returned was because of the food). We were told by a manager that the previous chef had walked out recently and taken the whole kitchen staff with him. We had one dinner and a lunch and then left the property for our other meals as the food was terrible and very expensive for what you got. Of the few meals we had (including room service), s
