The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The blend of luxury, relaxation, and attentive service made our stay truly special. The dining options were exceptional, featuring fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and a variety of healthy dishes. The flying yoga with Barbara was simply great. We left feeling refreshed and cannot wait to return.

Six Senses Ibiza was our choice to close our anniversary trip to Ibiza and Formentera and I must say that it was a huge disappointment from the beginning to the end. When we looked for the property, we were expecting service and facility equivalent, or maybe better than Four Seasons or St Regis, but what we received was a treatment inferior to a 3-star hotel paying more $1,200 per night. Reception staff are friendly but very junior with no training and with an unprofessional attitude for a hotel of this class. The General Manager or the Senior Manager (I don’t what she was as she never introduced herself) should be fired for running a property like this with such negligent attitude. Problens started with a very slow check-in process, our room not being ready at the check-in time, a promise to be contacted as soon as the room is ready, but having to go back to the reception to find out that the room was ready, and nobody let us know at the time. Pool service and food and beverage price is a joke. Everything is 2-3 times the price we found in other 5 stars hotels in the island. When we were guided to our room, we saw that we received a reduced mobility room. It would be ok if it was the same layout that we booked or if it could attend us with the same level of comfort that a regular room would provide. The problem is that the way they designed the room, the shower and the toilette are together in a small cubicle in a way that if you need to use the toilette after someone took a shower you will have your feet, or your shoes, completed soaked and the floor a huge dirty mess. Also, there is only one sink to be shared. I believe have never been in a 5-star hotel with such an awful layout. I went back to the front desk explained the situation and asked to change room, but the response for the lady was that some of the rooms in our category are designed for reduced mobility and that if we want to change rooms we would need to pay for an upgrade. I showed her the pictures and the layout of the room that I reserved in their website, but she insisted to say that some of the rooms are designed liked this and there was nothing that she could do. She said that she could offer me a complimentary drink at the bar for all my trouble. At this point you can imagine the frustration of having the last days of our vacation that was supposed to be the best part of it, after paying $1,200/night, completely ruined, and being offered to receive a complimentary drink as a compensation. The problems don’t finish with this. We went to have dinner at the Beach Cave restaurant (by the way, nobody let us know that there was a restaurant there, they just showed us the main one close to the pool). I believe that this place was really a scam. Starts with the server saying that she would recommend each of us ordering 3 to 4 plates each as they serve tapas style with the price ranging from $40-60 you can add this. If you got what you paid it was ok for me, but two of the plates we c

Six senses has lost its operational senses. Room not ready til past 7 pm. Staff clearly not able to deliver to standard levels of 5 star. A disastrous operation. Housekeeping even though requested few times leaves excuse letters and not making up the room for the whole day. (No dnd sign was not on) slow unattentive service. During breakfast I had a staff member tell me about her and team’s unfavorable situations which clearly reflects back to guest experience. Overall just no. Its one of those properties that crash and cant delivery even the basics when during a busy period or week.

Just returned from a wonderful stay, everything about this hotel is absolutely perfect. Beautiful surroundings, with a really relaxing feel. Every staff member we spoke to was lovely, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. A shout out in particular to Ayla who always greeted us every morning with warmth and friendliness and to Julian who we did a mini wellness screening and yoga/stretching with and who was amazing. We visited North and the beach caves for food during our stay and both were on the expensive side with small portions however both were delicious making the price worth it and the sunsets at beach caves were stunning.

We booked the six senses for 3 nights following our wedding in Santa Eulalia, to escape everyone and have time to relax. We had viewed the hotel as a possible wedding venue and fell in love, although we didn't choose it for the day, we knew we wanted to spend some time here during that period. On arrival we were greeted warmly & the check-in was seamless. Our travel agent had given them the heads up it was a special occasion so we were a little miffed when there were no 'treats' when we arrived in our room , however a little nudge from said agent and our doorbell rang & treats were delivered. We chose a junior suite with pool access and it was the perfect setup for us, we could dot between our sun loungers & the Bali bed on our terrace easily & it was really quiet despite being right by the pool. We didn't experience the lack in service that seems to be a theme on here, the only thing i think is lacking is that the 'book your car' service on the in hotel app didn't seem to register, we would book to have our car ready at 7 pm and the Valet team didn't seem to register/be aware of the request. breakfast is fantastic , the Al la Carte Egg & sweet menu is delicious - we worked our way down the list over the 3 mornings ! The gym was well equipped if not a little small. Overall we left not wanting to leave and already planning our next stay !

This is a really beautiful resort but for the price paid (£3,550 per night for just the room, a Sea Scape one bed suite) I expected more. The room was very nice and clean with a stunning view out to sea and the sunset. I have stayed in rooms just as nice with a smaller price tag. The attention to detail was lacking. There was a coffee maker but no milk in the fridge (there wasn’t much in the fridge at all). It took an hour for someone to bring milk by which time we’d gone out. There was no full length mirror in the room and the hairdryer nozzle was missing. Housekeeping didn’t come until late afternoon then again a few hours later for evening turndown. The restaurants were all great, I booked a week in advance and got reservations. The food was really good, some staff could do with more training (several times they would bring food and hover the plate above the table waiting for me to make room for it) but some of the staff were excellent. I felt the personal touch was lacking, they didn’t ask my guests name before arrival but after checking out emailed them at my email address asking for feedback (I was the one that booked the trip). My biggest gripe though was that the daily background noise was of screaming kids around the pool. I noticed there was a separate ‘family pool’ out of the way but they were allowed to use the main pool so did so. On the whole I’d recommend this hotel but not in August when the prices are too high and the kids are off school.

I was supremely disappointed having booked a £30k stay for 7 nights (haters read to the end). Although I must say the breakfast was lovely and the staff were kind. I was waiting for the manager to write to me following a guest survey which was addressed to one of my guests (sister in law who paid for two meals - one of which was charges to me) to MY email address but have been ignored before I posted this. This is the main problem - they don’t know their client. I had taken the time to telephone whom I thought was our GEM to explain this was a core family of myself and my 2 teenagers celebrating exams and what we wanted from the trip. Further, that in the 4 bedroom villa I had booked, we would be having various family members come and go. I am a supreme fan of the Six Senses and have stayed at 6 so far but this one is not befitting of the brand. Brace yourselves as this is a long one. I booked on-line for a 4 - bed villa hence the price. I was offered to pay either via card or BACS but the reservation couldn’t be honoured just by card so I paid in advance by BACS but they still took 12000 euros off the card which I am waiting for the balance for. The check out desk staff will tell you the final bill issues are done by “reservations” which is a separate body? I await the refund. The villa houses 8 people and I said we were actually only 6 and 6 water bottles were given. I explained we would need more than 6 bottles of water and was told each additional bottle was 10 euro. Ridiculous. After escalation to a manager, they agreed that I could have 16 bottles per day despite there being a desalination plant serving the hotel! Why the debate, I am not sure. The room service (i.e. water and mini bar) is not the same as housekeeping so you need to liaise via the app for both. Inexplicably only 5 towels were left at the villa at any one time. I took the hotel cars to and from the airport which is 205 euros for up to 5 people but what was not clear is that after 12am there is a 25 euro surcharge which was only brought to my attention on paying the bill. They are also meant to offer WiFi, reading material and water. Which on the way back to the airport were not on offer. It’s a 3rd party escort, not a hotel car. We were dissuaded from taking taxis and encouraged to use a hotel car which is fine in itself but there is no clear pricing for those services. It was 165 euros to go from the hotel to a friend’s villa 4km away and a surcharge to collect from your “residence” which is 30 yards from the main entrance. Also notified at your final bill. We were also charged 165 euros each way as I recall for a trip to a very average restaurant [where there were other hotel guests] because we could not get reservations at the 2 main restaurants at the hotel despite requesting in good time reservations via the internal app. The third restaurant was reserved for a private party. We were not told on booking that there would be closures of restaurants (fo

Having very recently stayed at the same branded hotel in Fiji I was very happy to come to Ibiza and enjoy the same level of serenity and comfort. This is far away the most wonderful location to spend time alone or with family whenever you are visiting Ibiza. The pool is fabulous the views are magnificent and the service is sublime. if heaven is a place on Earth then this Hotel serves as the stairway to Paradise

We stayed at the hotel for a week this July. We had visited twice last year and was hugely disappointed but we thought we’d give it another go as we love Ibiza so much and had friends around. It was fantastic, the grounds have always been great with beautiful views. Rooms are modern and spacious (we had a sea view junior suite which was great). Service has improved by a factor of 100. They stopped renting out the beds by the pool to the general public which gave the hotel a much calmer more sophisticated atmosphere. Another restaurant has been opened which was important as food choices were limited last year. Overall was a really lovely stay and would definitely come back.
