We recently spent our holidays at the resort and despite the quality of the structure and the maintenance we were truly impressed by the exceptional service and the kindness of the entire staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. A special mention goes to the Leisure and Animation team who brought great energy, fun, and smiles to our days — they made a real difference in our stay. The Food & Beverage service led by Luca was also outstanding: delicious meals, attentive staff, and a great variety to satisfy every palate, the Bar in piazza driven by Christopher who made best-in-class cocktails greatly contributed to a wonderful atmosphere. Unfortunately, we must mention that our overall experience was negatively affected by a significant issue at the pool area caused by the lifeguard ‘Alessandro’, a very rude young member who was not only unhelpful with our family but also dismissive without newborn baby and disrespectful with the entire guest’s around the pool area. This isolated incident stood in stark contrast to the otherwise fantastic service we received throughout the resort. However, we believe the resort has great potential and one single person can’t represent a team that genuinely cares about guests, We hope management will address this issue, as it would make the experience truly flawless. Hopefully next time, everything will match the high standards we experienced in every other part of our stay.

Hotel Baja Bianca is amazing place to stay, with great viewpoints and good access to many beaches. The food is one of the tastiest I had in any hotel. But most importantly the people who work there are some of the nicest, sweetest and fun people you can find, especially the animators.

Baja Bianca is easily the best hotel I had ever been to. Its simpliness makes the experience really magical. There aren't a lot of fancy attractions, but the people there are amazing, especially animators. When it comes to food, I can't say anything bad about it. The pizzas and pastas were incredible. Hoping to have an opportunity to come here again next year.

I am disappointed with the stay in this hotel, rooms of low standard, mold in the bathroom, rude staff in relation to foreigners, in general the hotel is not very clean, food very good, after 23 o'clock you can not even get water having an all-inclusive option, animation of poor quality and only in Italian, apparent favoritism of Italian tourists, in summary I do not recommend this hotel

The hotel, the staff and everything that the travel guides mention do not correspond to reality. Even if someone paid me for this vacation, I would not voluntarily undergo this destruction. Let the ticket holders go and demonstrate how it really works there. So rather it doesn't work. Below standard and I'm not even talking about the staff. Fooled by the whole light ultra INC. We paid for everything even though we had wristbands. Settlement level English. Dirt, mess and disrespect. NEVER EVER. Don't offer something where you wouldn't go yourself. Provide true information. San Teodoro is 16 km away. If you miss the connection, you can take a taxi for 150E. NEVER.

Lovely hotel, with comfy beds. The room was nice and they cleaned it everyday. But mostly we are impressed with the food in the hotel. It was amazing. Lot of choice, everything was so delicious! Great pool area, plenty sunbeds all day. The nice small beach is about 10min walk, free sunbeds there. The hotel itself is in quite rural area, 15 min to drive to nearest village with couple shops and bars. We will back there anytime.

Un bel villaggio in una posizione eccellente tra le spiagge più belle raggiungibili a piedi. Buono il personale tra cui si fa notare Gabriele il capo ricevimento per per competenza, professionalità e disponibilità tra le sue numerose doti è anche un ottimo cantante.

Ottima struttura,molto disponibili servizio ,cordiali animazione simpatica e molto disponibile su qualsiasi richiesta,mi sono divertito molto

Parto dal presupposto che non amo fare recensioni ma questo Villaggio merita qualche riga. Siamo arrivati con un po' di scetticismo avendo letto molte recensioni negative e , proprio per esperienza appena vissuta tengo ad elencare più cose: Reception: i ragazzi tutti gentili e professionali si impegnano moltissimo ma per la mole di persone e richieste purtroppo non sempre sono esaurienti. Spiaggia: un po' piccola per il numero di persone che contiene il villaggio ma nulla da dire a parte che ci sono solo 20 ombrelloni x una marea di persone. Ristorante: molto soddisfatto in tutto colazione-pranzo- cena, piatti sempre diversi e di buona qualità, grossa pecca è quella di trova la maggior parte dei tavoli riservata quando non si potrebbe fare. Piscina: tenuta bene e animazione sempre presente Posizione del villaggio: il villaggio è situato in una zona strategica vicinissimo a tutte le spiagge più belle. Animazione: bravissimi tutti i ragazzi e molto coinvolgenti con i bimbi Camere: e qui purtroppo le recensioni negative si sono avverate, arriviamo la sera e appena entrati in camera notiamo una gran puzza di muffa , le mura piene di macchie e rotte in più punti con acqua che cola dal muro con annessa pozza che ci ha fatto compagnia x tutta la settimana. Risultato? vestiti umidi x 7 giorni e soluzione non trovata da nessuno tranne per una spruzzatina di deodorante ambiente. Ripeto un vero peccato perché il villaggio è veramente carino sotto molti punti di vista ma tenuto veramente male. UN VERO PECCATO

È un nell'hotel nonostante la presenza di tante zanzare (veramente tante) all' interno della camera e per la spiaggia che si trova in una sottospecie di porto, per quanto riguarda la roba da mangiare si potrebbe avere un po' più di scelta

In questo hotel mi sono trovata bene e pensano lo stesso mio marito ed i miei due figli l’unico problema sono le zanzare, un grazie enorme agli animatori che hanno reso questa vacanza indimenticabile

La vera anima del villaggio sono stati i ragazzi/e dell'animazione, molto coinvolgenti ma mai invadenti, ai quali va il mio ringraziamento (in particolare ad Alessia e Diego per avermi fatto divertire anche con l'esibizione in balli latino- americani).

La struttura merita più attenzione, personale fantastico...Calogero del bar top simpaticissimo super disponibile e gentile insieme a Cristopher con i suoi favolosi spritz. I ragazzi dell'animazione fantastici in particolare Fabrizio (ribattezzato Stefano) Omar, kekko tutti super......ci siamo divertiti veramente tanto complimenti ragazzi continuate così! Superrrr

Villaggio apparentemente molto carino situato in un ottimo punto per raggiungere le spiagge più rinomate del posto (cala brandinchi, lu impostu, la cinta) ma ci fermiamo qua per quanto riguarda le cose positive…. Cominciando con quelle negative direi subito della scarsa manutenzione delle camere e mal gestione del posto, ma mi soffermerei sulla gestione della cucina…. Una cosa penosa a partire dalla qualità del cibo scarsissima, la Maggior parte del personale compresi chef etc etc totalmente insufficienti, cibi presentati inizialmente senza etichette e dettagli delle pietanze… personale che non sapeva neanche che tipi di salse ci fossero sulla carne… ma la cosa più schiusa di tutte apparte ovviamente mangiare tutti i pasti con le mosche sia nella sala e sul cibo, era il reparto biberoneria per preparare pappe ai neonati con degli utensili vergognosi e la sporcizia che regalava sovrana! Che dire un posto pietoso a maggior ragione che è un servizio utile per neonati !
