Muy buen hotel por limpieza y servicio. El desayuno sabroso y el tema de la seguridad impecable.

Nadie me dijo cómo registrarme, el ascensor no pudo detectar la tarjeta de acceso y no hubo orientación. No puedo encontrar a nadie para ayudar. El ambiente y las instalaciones son buenas, pero no son una buena experiencia. 没人告诉我应该如何办理入住，电梯无法感应到门卡，也没有指引。我找不到人帮助。环境和设施都不错，就是这些没得到良好体验。

設施不行，特別是浴缸，用水無法快速進下水道；性價比較低，酒店比較老舊，但價格不夠平民；早餐用具有一些灰塵和污漬。

I always stay at Barceló,love it and specially love the people. I definitely recommend . The service is excellent and the breakfast the best.

Dining options at walkable distance galore. Friendly and competent staff. A well located hotel in a rather thriving and traffic challenged city.

I stayed here for the first 3 nights of my trip to El Salvador. What a lovely place from breakfast, to the hotel staff to the pool. Everything was spot on. If I ever came back I would definitely stay here again.

I always have enjoyed staying here. The Upgrade + access to the executive lounge is fantastic. There just needs to be a little more clarity on the “rules “ of the lounge. I wanted to invite my brother & sister in law but out of the blue we were being asked to pay $40 per person. That seemed a bit excessive. Everything else thumbs up.

This is our second time staying at Barcelo and the experience was so pleasant. The customer service is amazing, clean and spacious rooms and the food especially the breakfast is so so delicious! We also love the location and easy access to so much in the city.

Lights went out when we arrived. There were no shower Towels, only hand towels. Night lamps would not turn on. Check-in personnel none attentive, extremely rude and not interested in listening about towel issue and did not even provide towels.
