I accidentally booked a place far from the city center of San Miguel de Allende. But the front staff were very helpful and accomodating in allowing to change from 3 nights to 1 night.

Es una lástima que los dueños o responsables del Hotel no tengan visión, las instalaciones en sí mismas estas muy limpias acogedoras y con buena arquitectura, faltan cosas muy básicas para que pueda ser un buen lugar . Uno es poner calefacción a la alberca principal en época de frío es imposible meterse en dicha alberca, dos necesitan tener un verdadero restaurante que tenga todos los servicios el que está allí no pasa de ser comedor de paso, poner un mesero y un cantinero les puede dar un increíble ingreso, una parrilla para los fines de semana ofrecería comida a los huéspedes que están en la alberca. El parque de agua tiene desde 2019 cerrado si no piensan invertir en recuperarlo deberían darlo en consesion

El disenio de las habitaciones es bueno y nuevo bien aprovechado el espacio, Dentro del área de banio tiene puertas para separar el retrete de la regadera y del lavamanos por lo que varias personas pueden usar la instalación al mismo tiempo, las camas son king size, mi único problema fue que el agua caliente no llega de inmediato por lo que se desperdician algunos litros antes de baniarte.

Bien en general, solamente que la alberca es al aire libre y el agua a temperatura ambiente y fueron días fríos

No la recomiendo para nada, Baño sucio y lavadero tapado... Lo reportamos pero nadie hizo nada para destaparlo y el baño lleno de pelos... En general es un mal hotel.. no lleguen ahí...

Exelente lugar, muy tranquilo,apresar de que el balneario está serrado es un lugar muy agradable,el personal muy amable y servicial, las habitaciones muy limpias y las camas muy cómodas , las toallas y accesorios de muybiena calidad y en exelentes condiciones

Mal muy mala experiencia que lo primero que busque el hotel sea venderte plan vacacional y si dices que no se molestan y te cobran el desayuno que ya está incluido pésimo servicio.
