A nice place. The breakfast was fantastic with a great view. Great location - short walk into San Gimignano. Parking on site. The hosts don't really speak english, but my wife speaks passable Italian, so this wasn't really an issue for us. The decor was a little old fashioned.

5 star isn't enough. Lovely location and hosts were lovely. Breakfast fantastic. Only problem was that we only stayed one night!

We give the overall rating 11 out of 10. Everything was perfect. The warm and kind owners Alessandro and Anna will create a homely environment for you. They will prepare a tasty and rich breakfast (especial bruschetta with homemade olive oil, egg omelette, fluffy croissant...), help you with travel tips, and are genuinely interested in you. We spent the first evening with the sunset overlooking the Tuscan valley and a bottle of wine from the hosts. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed daily. A few mosquitoes bothered us the first night, but Alessandro immediately got electric repellants in all the rooms the next day.

The property and rooms are beautiful. The view of the Tuscan landscape is OUTSTANDING! Alessandro and his wife and daughter were friendly and charming. The outdoor calazione and caffe was delicious, again with the amazing view! San Gimignano old city center is just a 10 to 15 minute walk away. I would stay at I Coppi again! Grazie!

This was our second time staying at I Coppi (our first was in 2015) and this B&B holds a special place in our heart. It is a five minute walk to central San Gimignano, so perfectly located if you are staying for a dinner that night in town, as we were. The hosts are so lovely, and prepare a thoughtful breakfast overlooking the most incredible views. The lodging is simple but has all you need, and the warmth of the hosts, food, location, and views make this our go-to spot in the area.
