A lovely hotel in Central San Diego. I really enjoyed staying here and the staff were extremely helpful and the bed was very comfy.

Staff was incredibly polite and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed was SO Comfy! I’m so happy we chose to stay here and will definitely be back.

Good location… I bought two nights with breakfast.., but the hotel does not offer breakfast..! How can you sell a service.., if there is no service..?? Unreliable..! The room is too small and cramped (Z king room). At check out they were charging me double the amount (amenity fee)…, check your payment receipt..! Only one elevator… I definitely do not recommend it..!

酒店位置不錯，走到航母博物館20分鐘，酒店前台接待蠻熱情的。缺點嘛停車不方便，被子太厚，還是那種歐式的小被子，房間就一張小桌子，東西放哪呢

호텔위치 다운타운에 유명관광지들 가깝고 넘 좋아요! 컨셉너무귀여운호텔 ㅋㅋ 가성비가매우좋은 비지니스호텔이었던듯요 방크기는좀 작고 살짝 담배냄새인지 무언가 알수없는 냄새가 났지만 크게 불편함 없었고 숙면잘취했어요 (침대 완전편함 ㅋ) 단점은 냉장고가없어요 ㅠ 자전거도무료로 빌려주는데 저는 대중교통타느라 빌려보진않았네요 샌디에고 숙박이 비싼편인데 게중에 가성비 좋았던거같습니다!

Amenity fee is not included during booking although they claimed all things in room, like the bottle water, unlimited coffee, drinks, etc., are free.

Excellent customer service. Clean and the amenities are wonderful. Lulu was the best and the staff is very knowledgeable with excellent recommendations. Can’t wait to come back!

They were able to give us the room we wanted and allowed for late check-out, which was very convenient for us.

$450/night for a room not even wide enough to comfortable fit a bed is insane. And I’m looking out a concrete wall.

I like Hotel Z for the most part. Our room was fairly clean except the free water bottle had coffee splatters all over and the toilet had some little particles in it. My other complaint is the bathroom sink was draining very slow. The bed was comfy and cozy and clean and the room smelled nice. Unfortunately when we got there, **** was laying in the floor of the elevator stinking it up horribly, but was removed not too long after. The bikes were fun to use on Coronado island and the staff was very nice. Lots of homeless around the area but there were a lot of food options! I recommend Chick’nCone! There was a cvs right next door which is convenient. Going back to San Diego I would probably stay in La Jolla area instead but for two adults, it was a decent stay. I wouldn’t bring young children to stay here just because of the area.
