The hotel is very conveniently located near to Roma Termini. Just cross the traffic light and you will reach the hotel within 2 mins. Hotel room is rather small though and one of the room seems quite dark. Overall is OK. Staff are good and breakfast was good.

ローマ中央駅周辺で口コミをもとに選びました。多少低い評価もありましたが、一泊なので駅からの利便性もあり、夜の到着、早朝の出発でしたが無難に過ごす事が出来ました。 バスタブのある部屋希望をリクエストしておき、確保されていてありがたく思いました。 部屋はとても綺麗、シャワーなどお湯の温度も十分熱くも出来ました。 イタリアの大きな街の中央駅周辺の治安については聞いていたので、外出の際は注意して行動しましたが、徒歩5分程度離れたアイリッシュパブへ往復する際も問題なしでした。 夜中の12時で入口が閉まるとの事だったのでそれまでに戻りました。入口に警備員がいてくれて安心しました。 浴槽にお湯を張り使用した後、栓が抜けなくて困りましたが、それ以外は満足でした。また利用したいと思います。 スーペリアルームを利用しました。

喜歡前台的叔叔服務員，很有親切感， 陽台早餐也很不錯～ 地點也是非常好，隔壁就是火車站，一出門口也有的士！

鄰近火車站，出入方便，夜晚返來都感覺安全 地氈比較舊需要更換，建議更換地磚配合酒店簡樸風格 早餐一般，未必適合港人口味

服務：服務熱情優秀 衞生：枕套上有一些小污點（像是水筆的痕跡） 設施：浴室密封不好，在洗淋浴時容易水漫金山 環境：離火車站有些近，安全方面需要注意。酒店個別房間正對着居民區。不過有一個可以吃早飯的小天台，可以看到羅馬天際線，天台適合休息拍照，風景很好。離古羅馬最大的浴場戴克裏先浴場博物館很近，如果要參觀非常建議提前買票預約！

羅馬中心火車站出門過馬路就到，對於第二天要搭火車的人很方便。房間很乾凈舒適，在樓頂露台的早餐很豐盛美味。前台非常友好，耐心幫我們查看火車票訊息，感到很温暖。

Ubicazione perfetta, vicinissima alla stazione Termini e a circa 20 minuti dal centro. Buona la colazione, personale gentile.

Amazing location to the train station. Room was very clean and comfortable, had a large window that opened for a fantastic breeze. There WAS a lot of street noise, but remember what a busy area you’ve landed! Nothing negative about the hotel.

Very small room but fairly well appointed. Probably best for 1 person who needs a quick stay. Our shower head was broken or not screwed on all the way and spewing water everywhere. Had to only use the handle to wash. Location is great. Hallways dirty and lackluster, but room clean.

We had a lovely stay. Staff were freindly, rooms were clean and it was a great base for exploring Rome with all public transport on hand at Termini station.

This hotel and staff were amazing, but the area around the hotel was very scary. There is crime, people following you to try and steal from you and it gets much worse at night. Again, my experience for the hotel and staff specifically - fantastic. If you can look past the exterior environment you’ll definitely enjoy your stay. Be safe!

The property itself is lovely. The area, though, near all tourist attractions, is situated in a noisy ungracelful hustle environment. Doesn’t feel safe outside of hotel.

Staff are extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and this hotel is falsely advertised so avoid at all costs. We arrived to hotel reception staff shouting and screaming behind reception desk whilst checking in as they were watching the football. The hotel also advertises air conditioning in all rooms and after spending the first night sleeping in 25 degree heat we spoke to reception who said they have turned it off and it isn’t an option - advised us to open a window if we had an issue and couldn’t really care less - were kept awake all night either by the heat or street noise. When I asked to speak with a hotel manager I was told he worked at the hotel across the road and to head over there and find him if I had an issue. I then requested an email from the unhelpful reception staff and the hotel manager proceeded to ignore all communication sent to him UNTIL a complaint was raised externally - only then did he reply once we returned home. Avoid this hotel at all cost and spend your money elsewhere.
