Fui a pasar el fin de semana a Salou a este Hotel. La habitación es amplia, baño bien equipao, terraza con dos sillas y tendedero para las toallas o bañadores. La atención recibida fue cordial. Desayuno y cena tipo buffet gran variedad de comida. La piscina y las zonas comunes estaban limpias y bien atendidas por el personal del Hotel. El Hotel está situado en la zona alta de Salou, cerca de una cala. Un Hotel recomendado.

Останавливаюсь в отеле в 3 раз. Буду заселяться ещё, удобное расположение к 3 пляжам и удобно добираться до порт авентуры. Хорошая еда. Цена-качество 10/10

This is my 5th visit to this wonderful hotel. All the hotel is clean and tidy. Food and drinks are of good quality and choice. Staff are very attentive and efficient. Bar staff are the best I have ever has the pleasure to meet. Rooms are on the small side they feel cramped because of the two double beds

Stayed here for 3 days for hen party and really impressed with the hotel. It was clean and stylish. The food was good and the staff were amazing! The cocktails were great and for €6. The food every day was good and lots of of selection. The pool area was very clean

Just back home after our holidays. I wouldnt rate this hotel as 4* as we was in Best Hotels another branch with 3* and I cant see different. Big thank you for guys in the pool bar, they are friendly and helpfull. Kids club doent worth any starts actually at all. Room are very very tiny, my little one hurt her toe in a draw few times already. Toilet not clean :( Bedding was changing every day, thats good :) Enough sun beds outside and wasnt need to reserve it 6am in the morning. Snacks was really good at the pool bar. Also I would say that in the buffet deffo lack of staff on the breakfast/lunch and dinner time. Wouldnt back to this hotel any more, a bit to small for us. Would rate for stong 3*

On a hillside in a prominently residential area, walking is essential to get to the main areas. Staff varied. Bar staff fantastic, Reception depended on who and the cleaners universally miserable and stroppy- they hate seeing "Do not disturb" signs!

The hotel is clean and well-kept, the staff speak English and Spanish very kindly. In the evening there are some shows, but they are not always very interesting and last only until 11:00 p.m. Most likely in September they will organize smaller shows because there are fewer people staying. Cleaning is not every day, but anyway we didn't stay in the room during the day, so there was no dirt. If the napkins are not changed, notify the reception and they will change them.

Yesterday I came back from my all incl. trip. I think this hotel is max 3*. Rooms very clean, but the air conditioning stank of sewage, probably not cleaned. Service very nice, precise, but few people can speak English. Meals so half and half. Those made in front of customers were mostly realy good and hot. Those displayed in containers were mostly cold. Very good seafood and freshly made salads. The worst desserts. In general, the food very bland. No hot drinks for dinner, a big minus. No possibility to order a lunch box, e.g. when going on a full-day trip. We had breakfast and lunch provided on the last day, but when leaving after breakfast, they didn't even let us make sandwiches for the road, instead of lunch, which was paid for. Very unclear policy of using the all-inclusive option. The lack of a physical menu made things difficult, because I wanted to cut myself off from my phone, and the menu was only available after scanning a QR code. The second issue is the lack of clarity on what you can take. First, we were told that we had to pay 2f extra for premium drinks. Only after about 3 days did the waiter with glasses explain that for an extra charge there were about 2 items from the menu and that's it. Strange situation. I find the drinks themselves very weak. It's hard to even call it a drink, because it's different flavors of slash with alcohol. It's a pity that the hotel won't invest in any basic bartending course, because each bartender made drinks his own way, with totally different alcohols. Animation is another very weak point. I would say that the level was embarrassing. During my 8-day stay, 2 days the animator walked around the pool with a dice, the fun lasted about 10 minutes and that's it. One evening animation is of a rather weak level and that's it. Some quiet background music would be useful at the pool. A plus is a large number of deckchairs. As for the rooms, I warn you that those facing the pool are not quiet at all, as some people have said. Opposite the pool there is a night club, where people scream in front of the club even until 5 in the morning. To sum up, if you treat this place as a place to sleep and have a meal, it's ok, but comparing all my previous trips, this was the worst hotel in almost every respect, apart from the standard of the rooms and cleanliness, I have no complaints about that. Looking through reviews of other hotels in this "Best" company, I can safely say that it's the same everywhere. Having a comparison, I probably wouldn't decide to return to this hotel chain. .

We stayed at the San Diego 10th to 20th September. I'd say it was a good Premier Inn with a pool. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the hotel is mainly clean & tidy. We had a problem checking into our room as the air aircon made a hell of a racket, but we were moved with minimum fuss. For those on fully inclusive (why..?) there didn't seem much to do with little in the way of entertainment. The biggest thing for us was the annoying people who frequented The Victoria opposite. It's open until 5AM and I was kept awake a few times by loud voices, laughing, singing & disagreeing. I mean, really loud oiks being selfish. Don't get me wrong, it's an adequate Hotel, but there's better at Cap Salou and it's quieter! Sorry, but we won't return.

Really lovely hotel. It's kept really clean, food is really nice but basic which suits us and the staff are friendly, couldn't do enough for you. Would definitely come and stay at this hotel again. We didn't have a pool view, the road view so I would advise you to ask if you want it. We were not bothered as we hardly spent any time there.

Lovely hotel. Pool was a bit small but not really a problem. Could always get a sun bed whatever time we went down. Food was good for a buffet, good choice. My husband doesn’t eat meat but always had plenty of choice go him. The staff were all friendly.

beautiful hotel clean fresh bedding/ towels daily ..air con was perfect had a shower and bath ..local shop /supermarket near and chemist..beautiful beach 10 mins walk nothing bad to say wasn't keen on the cooked breakfast but plenty of food to eat..no need to save a sun lounger plenty of them and chairs and tables. Will definitely be back next year would recommend to .

My husband, our 17-year-old daughter, and I have just returned from a 6-day trip to Salou, where we stayed at the Best San Diego hotel. After reading some of the reviews here, I was a little concerned. However, upon checking in, we were pleasantly surprised. The room had two double beds, a modern décor, and was clean and bright. We requested a room at the back of the hotel due to a review mentioning noise from the nightclub outside the front of the hotel. We got the room we asked for, and to be honest, we didn't hear any noise from the nightclub the whole time we were there. The restaurant was a good size and offered plenty of options at all mealtimes. I chose the freshly cooked omelette one morning, and it was delicious. I also enjoyed the large selection of fresh fruit. We were all inclusive and were surprised to see the branded spirits included and Estrella on tap where you could help yourself was a bonus. Helping both the staff and the customers get their drinks promptly. Our rooms were cleaned daily, and the cleaners did a fantastic job. We came back to the room looking immaculate, with clean towels every day. The staff was amazing, especially David the bartender and Maria, the Entertainment Rep. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely return.
