Great hotel and staff; especially management; Mohammed and Raju.

Nice cosy place. Not far from a tram station

I contacted the hotel and they had no record of me even booking a room. Fortunately I have friends and family who were able to help for the night but completely disgusted with both Trip and Trivelles hotel stockport. Won't be using either service again in future.

We needed and booked a family room. A family room in our opinion is a room that has the ability sleep 4 people in beds not just 3. They were able to quickly sort us another single room at a discounted price but we were still out of pocket paying more than we had expected. The access in and out of the accommodation especially good out of hours, and it is in a great location central to Sale and metro link.

Not place for carrying baggage

Hotel is dated and a bit tired but not to the extent of some of the reviews. We had a very comfortable stay and the staff were very friendly. They went out of their way to help. Very reasonable prices!

Likes - Convenient to our destination. Double room available. Not too expensive for what we had. Coffee and tea making available. Quiet. Dislikes- Shabby décor. Small shower, small sink, only one bedside cabinet, no bedside lights.

The hotel called us the night before we were due to arrive to say they had double booked. They offered to put us in their sister hotel Normanhurst hotel,Sale. This hotel was absolutely dreadful and the place should be condemned. We can not comment on original booked hotel as we never got to see it. Whilst the staff were very apologetic we would not of accepted their alternative hotel if we had know the terrible state of the building and rooms. We are absolutely disgusted.

Absolutely disgusting from the fresh blood in the bathroom and wardrobe to the stains and mould everywhere. Feels very unsafe and is a disgrace

Reception was a bit daunting but the rooms was better really quiet so had a good sleep

Room was clean and tidy but staff knocked my door at 8Am and asked me when I’ll be checking out ,that’s was annoying
