Good service. Food average but service was good and helpful. Pantry was a bit remote but fitness room was not bad. Ballroom good view and adequate for a hundred participants.

Wonderful place to stay! Short walk to Busch Stadium!

Great place to stay nice area

老酒店，一切都中規中矩。但這次酒店預訂太坑了，明顯比酒店正常收費貴了一倍。以後不要連續訂房，儘量避免代理。

酒店停車方便，憑房卡出入停車場，酒店三樓有微波爐和洗衣房，酒店旁邊有超市，生活便利。雙床房間的床較窄，不適合四人入住。

Couldn’t get the thermostat over 70’ very cold in the room, couldn’t get waited on in the restaurant at $22,95 for breakfast. $7:00 for a cup of coffee. Next time I’ll be staying cheaper and better service at the Hampton Inn just a block away.

The room was very small, the bathroom door was a bit crooked so it didnt close unless you pulled it hard with 2 hands. Plus you had to pay for wifi.

Stayed six nights—repeated difficulty getting room cleaned. Could not get soap, tea, or lotion replenished.

For the same price other hotels in the same area had free breakfast and a few free drinks each night.

We have stayed at this location four times now during the Gateway Dirt Nationals. We have never had any issues. Unfortunately, this weekend was different. We had to go searching for towels and wash cloths each day and our toilet paper ran out on day two and it was almost impossible to get a new roll. I’m not sure if the housekeeping staff is understaffed or what the deal is. We also had issues with the hot water or lack there of. Our water was Luke warm at best.

I’m sure every weekend is crazy in St.Louis downtown, this was our first time there in this area, at this hotel. I’ll skip most the traffic/hotel parking issue but we waited in line to turn into the hotel for 45 minutes, I jumped out when we made the turn to pull into hotel to go check In, my husband grabbed everything from car and we just paid for valet parking, it was just as crazy inside which was fine, my husband had our one bag, a bag of bottled sodas and my salad that was in a to go box from earlier. He found a seat near the check in line. When I say there were so many people waiting , I’m under exaggerating lol! This lady walks over as I’m walking around the corner to help him with our stuff so we can head up to our room and proceeds to tell us we can’t have opened food in her restaurant area, I was like you can see we are heading to our room. I get germs, but we weren’t eating , he was simply waiting for me to check in and there wasn’t really a distinguisher from lobby/bar area to “restaurant”.. she just came across super rude…

It was evident that there were not enough service personnel scheduled for this weekend. When you stand at the bar for 30 minutes and the bartender won’t wait on you, there’s a problem.

Tried to order food 3 times and was unsuccessful all 3 times. There was a reason each time that they couldn’t place an order for us.
