Hotel Festival Plaza Playas Rosarito

The location would seem great, but being so close to the loud bars makes it so you aren’t going to bed until they close, which means 4am. Too expensive for how dirty and loud is. Stay at a resort for the same price and way better amenities.

Didn’t speak any English not that I can blame them at all for that just made it hard. Hotel is older but kept up. Beds are a little hard and pillows firm but comfortable too. Only one elevator working and it’s slow. Really amazing view of the ocean for the 7th floor. Had Netflix and prime on the TV for us non Spanish speakers. No heater or AC lucky it was perfect weather in March. Breakfast is at the restaurant open to everyone but it’s very good! Everything was very clean. Pool and spa area was closed so could not try that but it looked beautiful from my room. Parking was easy and attendants were on top of it. Really close to all the party life. If your going to drink this the place. Otherwise the noise from the street is a lot and goes to 5 am even if nobody is at the clubs. 5 min easy walk to the beach where you can ride horses or look for sand dollars or just drink a at the many deck bars. All and all would stay again.

Everything in the room was broken had to call maintenance like 3 times after that issues continued

the view from our room was very pretty. The staff was very accomadating. The breakfast in The Patio restaurant was really good. The staff there was excellant. We got drijnks by the pool. The pool area was clean and cute. The hotel was close to everything. I would stay there again. They could use a full length mirror, though.

The property it self is ok. The staff was very nice and attentive. But because it is right next to the main party life of Rosarito. It was very hard to sleep at night due to the music from all the clubs.

I wanted to hang out on property after check out. I arrived late so I didn’t use pool or jacuzzi. They denied request. So that was a reason why I would not go there again.

I don’t like that they make you pay for parking $5 each day. The rooms are not bad great view of the ocean. Lower levels have outdated furniture but the upper levels are nicer. Just a reminder they do not have ac. The breakfast they provide is a joke. The portions are small small. That being said you cannot beat the locations it’s prime for sure.

Pros: close to many restaurants, small shops, easy to get around from this part of town. Two breakfasts (for adults only) is a benefit. Cons: very noisy, not just within the hotel where you can hear through all walls, but going on a weekend you’ll be blasted with loud music from the venues close by. Water came out brown in our room - maintenance said “it should fix itself just let it run.” Internet was very spotty and hardly worked. Breakfast vouchers for The Patio restaurant next door were not worth it, their service is incredibly slow. Overall for the price we paid ($100 USD a night) I would expect much better quality from a hotel in this region of MX.

Penhouse room was really nice. Also the casitas. The staff is very friendly, parking guard is kinda strict but cool
