非常令人失望，這壓根不是一個酒店！我們訂了兩個晚上的房間，因為房型缺少所以定了兩個不同的房型。在預訂的時候沒有任何告知説這不是一個酒店而是由不同地址的民宿組成的，而且不能取消！導致我們在晚上拖着大行李箱到了酒店地址的時候被臨時告知我們預訂的房間在另一個街區！衹能步行前往！！！而且到了之後發現是個很老舊的樓，沒有前台，沒有任何幫助，甚至對方都無法遠程打開大樓的門禁！太讓人氣憤了！而且預訂時顯示是有電梯的，到了之後才發現是個地下一樓的房間，並且衹能拎着大箱子爬樓梯！完全不符合描述！！！而且房間的淋浴真的很差，淋浴頭出水是針扎一樣的感覺，根本無法洗澡，工作人員也不幫忙解決，太垃圾了，是我住過最差的地方！！！而且第二天換房間的時候工作人員應該收我們20歐的住宿税，但是！她在操作的時候要求我們付款120歐！在我們一再提出不合理之後她們才發現是他們搞錯了！！真的巨差的經歷！

最悪。ホテルかと思いきやゲストハウスで受付はいない。同じ施設に泊まってた人が助けてくれたから中に入れたけどその方がいなかったらホテル別で探すハメになってた。whatsappでのやり取りが普通みたいで日本人はやってる人少ないからここは絶対やめた方がいいです。

바티칸 시티와 가깝다고 할 수 있지만 다른 관광지를 가기엔 멀고 방도 사진이랑 완전 다릅니다.. 이불도 엄청 얇고 샤워기 호스도 낡아서 다 옆으로 세서 하루는 잘 씻지도 못했구 에어컨 온도를 조절해도 고장나있어서 여름인데도 저녁에는 정말 오들오들 떨면서 잤네요. 또 이런 요청 사항들을 요구해서 고쳐지기까지도 오래걸리고 무조군 돈부터( 도시세) 내라고 요구하더군요. 락스 냄새도 너무 심하고 바디워시, 핸드워시 다 오래되고 더러워서 새로 다 사서 사용해야 했습니다. 또한, 리셉션도 없기때문에 얼리 체크인 하신다 하더라도 짐 보관 할 곳이 없습니다. 짐 보관 가능하다 해서 다행이라 생각했는데 막상 도착하니 그냥 복도에 놓으라고 하더군요.

The room was facing a busy street, with a street lamp directly in front of the window. There are neither blackout curtains nor blinds. We slept very badly for 6 nights because of the light and noise from the street. An unpleasant experience, that the reality is different from the presentation of the BB 94Rooms Vatican on the Internet. Our complaint was handled very unprofessionally. If we ever return to Rome, definitely not to these apartments. The possibility of a late check-in and also the cleaning service were positive.

The location on Prati is good. Close to restaurants, shopping and the Vatican. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The communication and check-in was good. Great breakfast restaurants just outside the main door. But - there is a pub just across the street and therefore happy and noise people on the street until 5 in the morning. Secondly the sewage smell in the hallway is not nice. The sewage smell can not a new problem as there was several air fresheners in the hallway. One evening the smell was also in one of our rooms. So please fix the sewage smell and we will be back Stayed four nights, two adults and three teens.

Host is very kind and reply to all questions by telephone 24 hours , the place is clean and close to subway station . We have a good stay . Hope to come back in Italy soon . Our room was confortable and clean Loris

La persona che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima e puntualissima. Struttura pulita, funzionale e in posizione strategica, praticamente sei a San Pietro e la fermata della metro è a due passi. Il caffè è offerto. Consigliato, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci tornerò!

Posizione molto strategica vicinissimo ai musei vaticani e soprattutto alla fermata della metro ottaviano che ti permette di muoverti in completa libertà in tutta Roma. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ottimo. Personale gentile e disponibile.
