Great Service but classic room is so old. Especially shower head is too old to take a shower. However, every staff is very kind and considerable.

房間很大很好，非常不錯，書房和床，沒想到格局那麼有趣，大堂也很大，吃早餐的時候還感受了陽光，真的感覺很好

It was a sumptuous lunch buffet for the national day holiday! It’s always our first choice actually! Thanks for the satisfactory service Saddam Hussein And Efrain who’s the only guy who picked up our call during reservation (after several calls that was held and dropped).

The breakfast buffet gives you a lot of choices and the service is top notch. This is my second visit in 2 months and that speaks a lot. King Faisal staff is grateful for the discount and encourages us to come back. Thanks to Joshua, Efraim,Almansour, Tri, Wahaj,Saddam and Chef Ruel for my perfect omelet.

Food and service at its best the rooms are clean and bigger as the receptionist upgraded our rooms without any fees added. The restaurant serves the best menu and variety of international cuisines. Indeed it gave us the best experience one for the book

I just love this hotel! The service is just above and beyond! The star here is the food! Bfast is fantastic and the people are so helpful and friendly. If you can stay at Club room where you have access to Club Lounge for 5 o’clock tea and evenings mezes. I come every couple of years to Riyadh and staying in the Intercontinental Riyadh is one of the highlights for me! 5 Stars all around! Keep up the good work!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is really old and worn out. The rooms look horrible with stains all over the place, very old bath tubs, old sheets,… The sheets in my bed were torn and had a huge hole in them. Unbelievable for a 5 star hotel, There is the Executive area of the hotel with more modern rooms but still far from being a luxury hotel. Value for the money is really bad. They should shut down the hotel and completely renovate.
