Tôi đã có kỳ nghỉ tốt nhất tại khu nghỉ dưỡng này. Các nhân viên cực kỳ thân thiện và hữu ích. Là một người nước ngoài, đôi khi bạn cảm thấy lo lắng khi giao tiếp với nhân viên lễ tân nhưng hai người phụ nữ ở quầy lễ tân đã giúp tôi điều đó thật dễ dàng và thoải mái. Cô ấy thậm chí còn đến phòng tôi để yêu cầu WeChat của tôi để liên lạc tốt hơn với nhu cầu của tôi trong thời gian tôi ở. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ trở lại. Môi trường yên tĩnh, phòng sạch sẽ và đó là một nơi lưu trú hoặc nghỉ dưỡng hoàn hảo. 10/10 muốn giới thiệu.

The hotel was a delight to stay in, friendly staff and wonderful grounds, there are many facilities from swimming pools to a bar, and even hot tubs in the style of a hot spring in every room. It's worth it to add the breakfast package it's worth it. Overall it's a good stay if you're looking to relax over the weekend. It's a bit out of the city so it could be a long metro ride or taxi ride if your looking to enjoy other the aspects of Beijing. But the staff and good amenities make it a memorable stay.👍

The hotel management is generally weak. In my last review of this hotel I mentioned several problems, e.g., weak air conditioning at 27.5C and no TV program, etc… for two days. However my wife loves the Sauna hot bath facility in the room so I extended my stay in this hotel - this is why the need to provide this feedback the second times on this hotel.  I went to the front desk to demand seeing the managers of the hotel concerned the many problems before I extended this stay. Thereafter, all my displeases were resolved in three hours. A staff was sent to my room with a device to unlock the aircon system and allowed colder airflow.  TV was working…

Had another great stay at this resort. Great service and a fun experience. Hot springs are clean and a beautiful way to have a relaxing stay away from the city.

Room is very spacious and the thermal bath in the room is fantastic. The hotel was very clean. The decor is very dated and could use an upgrade.

My wife loved the resort. She enjoyed the nice room, the outdoor jacuzzi, and grounds. I’m not the resort type, but was impressed with the affordable food and drinks, and cleanliness of the room.

Perfect hotel for a weekend with your family or friends.

Expecting a nice hotel I was deceived by the welcome of a hotel (that is requiring repairs inside the room). On arrival the experience wasn't at the level and even if it was proposed that the Manager was to contact me, he did but after I remind to do so. In the future this hotel does not deserve to be, but my last choice. A pity because it could be a middle choice ( but never first). It's a personal experience, so if you are to go there I don't want you to be influenced, wish you well.

Lovely quaint hot spring resort on the outskirts of Beijing. Highly recommend the garden view villa (peaceful outside hot spring and comfortable heating inside the ‘villa’). Only a 10 minute taxi away from Shine Hills, a great location for dinner options. Breakfast buffet a wide variety of Chinese foods.

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. This resort is delightful. There are many options for suites and ours was amazing and the hotel even decorated for us and provided a reasonably priced room upgrade for the occasion. However, there were small issues that we faced. As foreigners, the hotel wasn’t always equipped to speak with us and clearly had higher COVID checks for us, even though we haven’t left China in over three years. This treatment did not feel fair but we understand the security measures. We also dealt with an overly hot room. That was the main complaint we had. The setting stayed at 31 degrees Celsius all night despite our efforts and the waiters assistance. It was miserable. Our private hot spring also had a small issue with the water that was later solved. Overall, we had a pleasant experience with some minor issues (except the heat- that was miserable). I would stay again if I could ensure the room temperature could be changed.

They kindly helped to check in for foreigners like me. Thank you for the reception. I was very happy for two days and I want to visit again.

The bath in the hotel room was amazing. Large tub and filled up quickly , definitely worth it if your are looking to relax in a hot bath .

The hotel is overally good. But our room was very dark almost no natural light. During weekends very crowded. Hot spring is clean but the relaxing rooms don’t have beds for kids to have a rest. Breakfast has good choices.

一家老酒店了，沒想到設備維護得很不錯 並沒有陳舊老破的痕跡。温泉私湯泡池很舒服，温泉温度好燙，沒有加涼水的選項，第一天放了一池水居然晾了兩個多小時才敢進去泡，呵呵；每個房間有三次温泉注水機會，也夠用了；早餐特別豐盛，味道也還行。服務很好，小哥小妹都很熱情親切、不厭其煩；參觀了一下可提供家庭聚會別墅，三居和四居都非常不錯，地下是超大的KTV，一層是客廳泡池和麻將桌，並且有一個標準間，二樓是兩到三個標準間，每個標準間都有獨立衞浴，很寬敞明亮，真是很舒適的家庭聚會好選擇。
