Amazing service, super nice people and well trained butler team. I enjoyed the tea ritual as well as the champagne sabering event. Food is outstanding, mixing local dishes with international details and richness. Don't forget to try the spa.

St Regis hotel really deserve the all honors title because of professional staff. One of them is Saadat in Stella sky lounge and Liam. From time Saadat greet us she talk in nice way, ask about our zodiac sign. And then they bring for me my zodiac sign mocktail which prepared by Liam , and he explain about story of mocktail. They make my day. From bottom of my heart want to say thank you so much Saadat for surprise and Liam for making mocktail delicious.I recommend Stella Sky Lounge for everyone if u want feel yourself special.View is amazing you can enjoy under Sky

It is a shame that one is unable to make a reservation at one of your fine dining facilities. I was told on the phone by your operator that no one was available. When I asked to talk to a supervisor or manager on duty, the operator transferred the call to an extension that was never answered. You cannot be a 5-star hotel. You are at best a 2-star hotel and an insult to the St Regis brand.

While i visit St Regis i went to Stella Lounge. Nice place good vibes. Serve delicious food thanks chefs.. Staff greet us very warm especially Saadat and Gouda they were so helpful and professional.Thank you for them we had nice time. For sure we will come back.

I went with my sister to check St Regis hotel , which is realy very nice place. We meet in the lobby lady Saadat , who smile to us from first minute she saw us, actually we decide to be in St Bar ,but Saadat told us about view , Sushi and Shisha in Stella Sky lounge. We decide to see the place. Saadat was very nice and funny, while we go to Stella Sky she was very positive, told us nice words to make our evening more lovely. Then we came and like and decide to stay in Stella. We order food thanks Macoumba for advice food and good service, nice attitude . Food was delicious, thanks all the chef and also Chef Joe for Sushi. Thanks Xuan for nice cocktails.TShisha also very good, and good quality. All team in Stella is very friendly ,thanks so much for everyone and for supervisor Gouda .View is really amazing. We enjoy a lot. Great place for everyone.But again would like to say thanks to Saadat for her nice words ,and nice greetings and to make feel ourselves very special there.i am recommending this place 1000%

I went on a business trip and couldn’t choose something better! The hotel, the people, the service and the decor, all equal to create and real luxury experience! The restaurants, The St Regis Bar and the lobby are my favorite spots of the hotel I will definitely go back!

Impressive hospitality and attention to the guest. As soon as we booked we got directly connected to the e-butler service and were able to organize airport pickup and every request was followed by the utmost dedication to provide the best service. Asma took care of all our requirements for the stay, the drivers very helpful respectful extremely polite. Leading to a smooth check in with Faisal who was very welcoming. Finally Enam who was my right hand man throughout the stay who helped beyond what was expected and outside of working hours to arrange our requests, impeccable service impressed by how clean the place is the rooms are perfect every time you walk into them. The hotel looks even better in person than the pictures. The food was great hats off to the chefs, impressed to see the saudi caliber of chefs working at the hotel. There will definitely be another visit. Thanks to everyone that helped make our stay one of the best we had. One point though, I wish your website mentioned anything about the area the hotel is located as we didn’t know it’s within one of the most beautiful outdoors shopping malls “Via Riyadh”

The Saint Regis staff is very motivated, sincere and attentive, and taking care of us for the eight days and three trips we spent there. We appreciate. Saadat, Ali, Valentine, Asmae, and Rosa individual service. We were both upgraded rooms. We make this hotel our place of choice in Riyadh.
