Great hotel, value for money, good restaurant and bar , definitely staying again later this year

Actually this hotel was just soso, and I didn’t recommend to live in this hotel, but it was convenient to go to the airport

Room is clean, no frill set up is good for environment. Just provide what we need for a short stay. Restaurant staff efficient, check-in fast. But wish the receptionist told us there will be charge of £4.5 per person for but to airport. We didn't know until we got off bus at terminal and driver asked us to pay

Was my first time at Premier Inn and i was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Since there are two hotels on site, I wasn’t sure which ones i was to be in so my Uber driver had to wait while i went inside the hotel. I walked right past the reception desk ( easy to miss bc its so small) and went to kiosk but wasn’t being successfully with it. So teh employee at teh reception desk came over and asked if her could help and checked me in in a heartbeat, allowing me to dismiss the Uber driver. Then the same employee not only helped me with my luggage, but took it up in the elevator for me, and the whole time he explained the amenities of the hotel. Once we reached my room, he continued to show me how the key and electricity works, etc. He also arranged for my airport shuttle in the morning. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name but he was excellent on customer service!!! The room was large and clean as was the bathroom. The TV automatically turned itself on and I had a hard time finding how to turn it off- no instructions or remote, etc. Although I didn’t use the coffee supplies, the fact that you had liquid milk/creamer for the coffee was a pleasant surprise. My only complaint was that the bed was too soft and the pillows too hard. I also could have I used a blanket and top sheet but turned on the heat instead to be comfortable. I did not use the restaurant or order any room service.

整體而言十分乾淨，就是暖氣有點不太穩定。酒店提供付費的餐飲服務，選擇也足夠，食物質素令人滿意。

This premier inn is a good choice for the airport. The rooms are as expected with it being a premier inn and the premier plus room was lovely. Staff are lovely and rooms are very quiet I would not eat at the restaurant again though as it was awful. There would be more atmosphere in a retirement home, staff basically forgot about us. Food was very cheap quality and definately not worth the money, the wait staff seemed to go to all tables with not set work areas. So avoid the restaurant!

Hotel in dire need of total refurbishment, the rooms are very old and need updating to be on par with other PI hotels. The small windows prevent do. It allow for enough natural light, and in addition with current ongoing construction works, some of the room windows are totally blocked by scaffolding which makes the small room feel like a prison cell. Breakfast selection of food (variety/selection, quality and quantity) not on par with other PI hotels Overall would not recommend and would not return despite being a loyal PI customer.

A good stopover for Manchester airport. The staff were helpful and very friendly. We pre-booked the restaurant prior to check-in as it can get busy. The food and service provided was very good. This was the start of our holiday before flying out to Tuscany and we enjoyed our stay there.

No air conditioning even though it claimed to have it. Doesn’t matter what you set system too it did nothing, seen this before in European hotels to “save cash” but hotel was red hot . Only option to open window onto a busy noisy road which with small windows was useless. Mattresses on kids beds like rock, mattresses on adult beds tired and old. Food wasn’t great either and on London prices. Parking - allegedly free but token given didn’t work and as in a rush couldn’t mess about so paid the £12 night fee. Rubbish… cheaper to go to a more expensive hotel local and better to get a night’s sleep! Never again. Just cancelled another premier inn booking on the back of this visit won’t use again

We just stayed at Premier Inn Manchester Airport (North) and had the cooked breakfast. Our 4 children all have severe allergies and Lorraine who was serving us couldn’t have been more helpful. She ensured that all food was safe, brought us cutlery straight from the kitchen and generally helped us to feel safe. We don’t often eat out due to the allergies and Lorraine made this a really positive experience for us.

Stayed one night and the room was good. However, I was told on arrival that parking in the disabled bay was free. Informed the person on the desk of the registration number of our car. On checkout, double checked on parking fee and was told there was nothing to pay. End of April and i receive a debt collection notice stating I have ignored two previous letters (never received any letters) and now had to pay £160!!!! or be taken to court. Won't be staying there again
