The hotel has a great flair. Modern and traditional at the same time. Location is great close to the old city center and the harbor. People are very friendly and helpful. Only finding a parking spot and the way to the hotel was a bit confusing. Hotel entrance doesn’t carry a sign or letters with the hotel name.

Reception desk is somewhere between coldness as arrogance. Staff can’t fix any issue without their manager. King size bed means two individual beds set together, which is very pathetic considering the price you gonna pay for.

Great location. The rooms are comfortable and clean, although a little small. The staff are nice and helpful.

酒店位置就在市中心，交通便利；前台服務都很NICE；房間超大，第一天的迷你吧免費；地下一樓有一個熱水泡澡池、桑拿房，每天臨睡前泡一下非常解乏；5200冰島克朗/位相當於300元人民幣/位的早餐實在有點一般；酒店電腦系統需要更新，當天晚上8:30到酒店居然説我沒有付房費，跟攜程聯繫讓我先付款辦理入住，攜程跟進處理，結果要付費時系統也一直付不進……

床單都是臟的，下水道都是臭的，每間房都有下水道的味道，早餐品種也特別少，前台人員服務態度惡劣，真是最差的希爾頓

這家希爾頓從陳設上和細節上就是非常有歷史的，並不是特別大，但乾淨安全，去房間電梯要刷卡。前台服務人員特別有耐心，有問必答，且非常詳細。出門隔壁就是有名的羊肉三明治店。酒店的健身房小而美，也非常乾淨；還有一個泡澡的地方，也是有歷史的。總體非常值得推薦。

停車不是那麼方便，繞了幾圈，位置也不是那麼好找，後來前台説可以停到馬路對面的地下停車庫去。但總的來説品質不錯，雷市的酒店價格偏貴。

Nous avions reservè sans connaitre vraiment.zIl s est averè que l emplacement tres central,l accueil et le service furent juste parfaits.La jeune femme à l accueil nous a aidè tres efficacement pour faciliter nos reservations aux activites.Le petit dejeuner delicieux et variè nous a permis de tenir chaque jour jusqu au diner compte tenu des activites intenses que nous avons pratiquè.En resumè l hotel ideal à Reykjavik.

非常好的酒店，很有特色，裏面還有關於酒店歷史的介紹。早餐環境也很好，人少，安靜。地點方便，值得推薦！

酒店早飯挺不錯的，位置很好，裝修是偏英倫風格麼。衞生很乾凈，洗浴用品是歐舒丹的。冰箱裏的蘇打水和礦泉水是免費的。

午前2時ごろホテルに到着。ドアは閉まっており、インタホン等も見つからず。ドアをドンドン叩いてようやく中に入れたが、寒空の中ホテル外で過ごすのかと一瞬焦りました。インタホンぐらいはつけて欲しいですね。立地は街の中心部で申し分ありません。部屋も清潔ですが、日本のようなアメニティは全く期待できず、最低限のものしかありません。歯ブラシと髭剃りは持参必須。受付の対応はいいです。朝食は簡易なもので、ほぼ毎日同じメニューで、さすがに5泊もすると飽きてきます。裏手に有名なホットドッグ屋がありますが、いつも行列＋値段も日本円で１つ700円ぐらいします。美味しいですが、特別にどうということはないので、土産話になる程度か。夜から朝7時までは玄関もロックされるので、ルームキーはいつも持ち歩く必要がありますので注意が必要です。ルームキーはカード式ですが、木製です。
