I had an amazing experience at their hotel. Every detail was well thought. It was very luxurious. I loved their afternoon tea concept with the piano concert. The service was very professional. We were served by Merve at the lobby lounge area, she was very kind, welcoming and professional. Also the spa experience was very exclusive. I loved the jacuzi and the salt room. Even when leaving the hotel the staff named Çağlar was very helpful for us to direct and inform us about the Kuwait city. I would highly recommend you this hotel.

Thanks to Mr. Gokul for his excellent service, and all food were delicious most specially the seafoods , highly recommended kind of dining experience , we’ll definitely refer our friends to visit and experience the one of the best Mediterranean cuisine and their resto place is accessible for all shops In Avenues mall

The place is very beautiful that makes me feel that I breathe freely, and the coffee was one of the most wonderful Turkish coffees that I also tried. The lemon tart reminded me of old memories and a very beautiful old taste that carries happy memories. Thank you Simon for this unique and beautiful experience. I hope that God will bless you.

I recommend this place for everyone and I really enjoyed the service which provided by Jeries and his team (Simon, Sunil, Ramzyia), I really appreciate how they are working together one team and I will never forget this day as how they treated me and my friends. Our stay at Waldorf Kuwait was nothing short of extraordinary, making it the best family experience we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, the hospitality and service were impeccable. One highlight of our stay was our time at the Ikarus Club. The team there went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Their kindness and attentiveness were remarkable, constantly surprising us with thoughtful gestures and activities that kept the entire family entertained and happy. The Ikarus team truly made us feel welcome and valued, and their dedication to providing exceptional service was evident throughout our stay. Their warmth and friendliness left a lasting impression on us, and we are already looking forward to our next visit just to see the team again. My experience with the hotel is 10/10 exceptional service . The check in and check out processes was very easy with Yasmen she made sure we got everything we wanted . The pool area was amazing and family friendly we got complementary water/ sorbet and mojito😍
