My second time here and honestly great experiences, exceptional service, the concierges Kiara and Melvin are very effective, in the pool area Mohamed is such a good person, he even helped me with taking good pictures! Food at the pool area is so good I highly recommend the sushi roll “acevichado” also the lobster roll..

All the rave reviews are true! The pictures online do not do justice to the beauty of the resort. A car was waiting at the airport to bring us to the resort. Promptly greeted with hospitality like nothing we've experienced before. We were blown away by the elegance of the resort. We enjoyed all the amenities, and were so thrilled with our stay. The staff is top-notch, and provided excellent service. Champagne and a welcome cake awaited us in our room which was a one bedroom suite on the beach. We loved the proximity to everything! Our personal concierge for our stay was Esther, and we couldn’t have been more happy. She did a wonderful job of helping us to settle in right away, and she made sure to check in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. We had so many questions about the hotel, the resort, and even about Cap Cana as a whole. Esther was always there with an answer on WhatsApp, and she truly made us feel taken care of. We were so grateful to be in such good hands. We'd love to thank Warren and team for making our dining perfect at La Palapa. He provided outstanding service every time. The grilled seafood dish was definitely worth trying out. It comes out sizzling on a grate, which made it look phenomenal. The beach was beautiful as well. There was nothing you could ask for that they didn't have, down to having a server waiting on you with drinks, umbrellas, and towels. The Beach Club Bar with Jendry, Teo and crew were one of the highlights of our 7 night stay. All such genuinely great people to talk with. And yes we met Hector who seems to be mentioned in all prior reviews and deservedly so. Mediterraneo restaurant was worthy of a second visit. The restaurant design was gorgeous, the service was exceptional, and the people who served us were Adoinis, Suele, and their team. Plus, we knew we had to come back again once I saw the veal chop milanese being served tableside. The restaurant was a golf cart ride across at the Villas side of the resort. Willie, our driver, was the best, always waiting for us with a warm smile and lots of laughter!!! The breakfast at Blue each day was unbelievable. Offered was a full buffet with every option imaginable plus a full menu to order from. Esmerelda, Elisabeth and Cara were such joys to see each day at breakfast. We spent time at the spa on a rainy day. The staff is very professional, and we loved the deep tissue massages. The trip was planned as a birthday surprise for my husband with golf and lots of relaxation. There were many Happy Birthday songs throughout our trip with cake and fire crackers! The one exception of our trip was he had an ankle injury prior to leaving and was in an orthopedic boot. No golf for us but we were able to ride out through the golf course and have a delicious lunch at Hoyo 19 overlooking the ocean. We will be back to golf for sure. I know the review is long but I really want to convey the extraordinary level of service of each staff member and the beauty

My recent stay at Eden Roc Cap Cana far exceeded my expectations in every way. As a butler at another resort, I can confidently say that the service here surpasses any hotel I’ve visited on the island. The staff at Eden Roc, from the warm welcome in the lobby to the attentive beach bartenders, truly makes you feel like royalty. The Blue Grill and beach staff stood out with their friendly and personalized service, but it was the butler team, especially Melvin, who impressed me the most. They went above and beyond, even locating and delivering vital medication for my friend in under an hour—an outstanding example of their dedication and professionalism. Eden Roc’s facilities were equally impressive. The grounds are beautifully manicured, the private beach is pristine, and the resort has a range of activities, including a championship golf course, spa, and wellness center. Our private villa was a haven of elegance and comfort, complete with its own golf cart for convenient access around the resort. Dinner at Mediterráneo was a highlight; the ambience was elegant and intimate, and the staff even curated a custom wine pairing for us, adding a special touch to an already memorable evening. Eden Roc’s boutique atmosphere creates an exclusive feel, making every guest feel uniquely valued. In my opinion, this is the finest resort on the island—a place that combines luxury, privacy, and exceptional service at every level. I look forward to the chance to experience it again and would recommend it without reservation.

We spent our first wedding anniversary at Eden roc cap Cana and it was AMAZING! The whole staff is truly wonderful. We loved our concierges Adonis and Mia. They helped organize dinner reservations, spa days and helped us celebrate our anniversary! They had a lovely dessert and rose petals waiting for us after our anniversary dinner. The pool and beach were so relaxing. John at the pool bar was so fun and he made great drinks! We can’t wait to go back!

The perfect paradise for a couples weekend… even though we plan to return with our young daughter next time! The property is one of a kind, and you never feel like any area is “full”. Being from NYC, space and privacy on vacation is one of the things we look for, and this place really delivered. The staff is friendly and responsive, (thanks specifically to Braulio, Sara, and Isabelle) and our villa was secluded and quiet. Everything we could have hoped for on a weekend away to reconnect and relax.

I recently stayed at this resort, and while the rooms, service, and beach were absolutely amazing, the food left much to be desired. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the beach was pristine, offering a truly relaxing experience. However, the food was a major disappointment. Breakfast was by far the best meal of the day, but everything else was subpar, especially given how much they charge. The quality just didn’t match the price, with meals feeling like an afterthought rather than a highlight. What really surprised me were the prices for cocktails at the beach. After all the fees, a single cocktail could easily run you $25 or more, which felt exorbitant, even for a resort. It made it hard to fully enjoy what was otherwise a beautiful setting. If you’re looking for a place to relax by the beach with great service, this might work for you. But if food is a big part of your vacation experience, be prepared to either lower your expectations or venture off the resort for meals.
