Beautiful place to stay, but the service in front desk is not friendly, the guys who work there don’t have a good service attitude, I got a really bad time trying to get check out lat because my flight was delayed and we needed a place to stay, definitely I think this hotel has many good things except the front desk staff

I don't want to be too negative, because in the end, my family had a wonderful Spring vacation in Punta Cana. Our room was spacious and the buffet restaurant was good with plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The resort was also very accommodating to kids. However, there is construction on one side of the resort which is separated by a bamboo fence and there is sewer water running under the bamboo, causing the entire side of the resort to smell like sewer water. It was really bad. The front desk appeared to be understaffed and phone calls to them were often unanswered. During our stay the internet went out for approximately 24 hrs and the staff couldn't provide any updates or estimated time the situation would resolve. We ate 2 nights at the a-la-carte restaurants, but the service was too slow, especially with little kids, and orders ended up wrong or missing altogether. After the second disappointing night we agreed to go to the buffet each night for dinner. Fortunately, there was enough variety to keep things enjoyable there. The general consensus, in talking to other guest, was that everyone felt it was a very "affordable" resort. Given the price, I'm not overly disappointed with the experience, but we won't be returning.

good family hotel, with slides and lots of entertainment. The inconvenience is that there are not enough places on the beach for everyone; many people get up at 6 am to find and take a place.
The buffet is varied and has enough for everyone!

I liked that the property was clean… I liked that they provide free room service I liked that they put me in another room immediately cause I ordered 2 beds and I got one… the staff is very friendly… the food isn’t all that good tho … the buffet food was cold all the time unless you had something prepared for you at that moment…my shower has a bad poop smell everyday as if something is wrong with their sewage … and the water wouldn’t go down after showering…

Nice beach. Restaurants good. Hobicat and kayak rentals are free under 30 minutes, $20 if longer. Wifi in rooms are better than most hotels so was able to have a couple of teams calls with no issues.

The bathroom was very dark and the lighting was not good. The way the bathroom was designed is not practical. There is a glass window between the shower and where the beds are, so your whole party can see you showering. As for the beach, we were not able to go in because the water was dirty and everything the staff was cleaning up was on the sand. Overall, a very average resort but my family and I enjoyed our stay!
