Property itself beautiful. Beautiful beach (only small negative were the boats). Main pool beautiful but no swim up bar and water a little a cold for my liking. Also unique and adults only pool we’re too small really not worth it.
Food was generally really good. Steakhouse and the unique grill by the beach was amazing. What I didn’t like was the breakfast buffet and American valley food.
Drinks were generally pretty good. Service was hit or miss. Butler was amazing (did pretty much whatever we asked including booking our ride to the airport, suprise champagne for my birthday, and a bottle of red and white on our request. Check in ****** didn’t give us our welcome drinks and generally the servers are few and far between at the beach and pool.
Overall great resort but could use improvement in certain areas

The Property was just stunning…the service was one of a kind, to include exceptional nightlife activities that are just unique, and classy. Live shows were spectacular. Truly amazing place to vacation.

Resort was 5 stars but the food was 3 stars so overall rating 4 stars! Food needs to be revamped because it did not match the resort as a whole!

The property is beautiful, great design, beautiful rooms. Quite big, so there’s always somewhere to go but not too big to walk. Service needs improvement both at restaurants and room cleaning.

Booked this trip last minute. Upon arrival, we were greeted and checked in smoothly. However, they didn’t really explain anything to us. They simply gave us a map and told us to follow the bell boy to our room. The room was very nice and clean and large. The hotel and grounds are very nice at this hotel. Extremely clean and well taken care of. Entertainment was minimal and the shows at night weren’t very good. The food was average at best. The ****** was small but nice. The service was terrible all around. We waited 2 days for an iron and face cloths to be delivered to our room after asking 5 times.
If you want a quiet boring beautiful resort, this is your place. If you want fun, don’t go here. It’s super boring

I had paid for a unique club ocean-view room, but the hotel put me in a regular room without an ocean view. The cooler was not working, and to make matters worse, my room was not in the VIP section. As a result, I found it challenging to navigate the resort, which is massive. The unique club has its bars and restaurants for VIP guests, but I couldn't enjoy them. I missed meeting the Majordomo since he came while I was in the bathroom. I asked him to come back in an hour but he never got back to me. Furthermore, there was a mistake at the reception, where everything was wrong. They even congratulated me for my birthday when my birthday is in June. I spoke to the managers, but they seemed indifferent to my plight. I felt like I had wasted my energy, time, and money.

Visited this property on Jan 4th for a 3 night stay with my husband for out 2 year anniversary . We tried the uniques experience and let me say I was blown away!!! It’s my first time trying an all inclusive hotel. We were assigned a private butler Jimmy who was such a help with booking our dinner reservation an other needs .
I rate that this experience 4.8 overall. The property is clean and well kept . Buffets offer a wide variety of food however I love the unique buffet overall. Drinks are a bit watered down depending on what I order but overall good .
Definitely will recommend a revisit .

Would highly recommend this resort. I had very little issues abd would definitley would return. The unique experience is the way to go!

The hotel is lovely, the food is a disappoin**ent. Being by the ocean you would like to have fresh fish at least which was impossible to find here.
