"The hotel is beautiful. The food is excellent. We stayed in a VIP room and were quite disappointed as it was old and smelled strongly of damp. Neither the TV nor the jacuzzi worked; we reported it and they never fixed it. Another very important issue is the poor service for booking tables at the restaurants. They need to do something about it because the queues are endless. Perhaps using an app would be better."

"Very disappointing stay. Check-in was delayed without any clear communication from the staff, and we had to keep asking when the room would be ready. The pillow was old, smelly, and extremely uncomfortable — after three nights I had serious neck pain. There were no basic amenities like shampoo, the towels were worn and dirty, and the bathroom flooded when showering. Worst of all, rainwater leaked through the cracked ceiling and soaked my suitcase and clothes. When we informed reception and checked out one day early, no alternative room or solution was offered, and we did not receive any refund. Poor maintenance and lack of customer care. I would not recommend this hotel"
