Continently located in the Old Town area. Next to shopping mall. Ideal location to explore the Old town.

Standard Ibis hotel in an excellent location. Staff very friendly, great breakfast. No plug socket next to the bed

Cleanliness: was good. Nothing seemed to be dirty. One thing was a bit off but it was nice overall. Location: is great as there is a large shopping mall, markets, and tram nearby. And a lot of sightseeing to do closeby too. Service: very good. I only know a couple czech people but they are super serious and blunt, so I expected that and wasn't disappointed haha. They helped us check in early and even swapped our room for a double. Amenities: we didn't opt for it, but they have a bae, breakfast, presumably dinner. Only thing lacking would be a fridge in the room. Extra: we struggled to get the temperature just right haha. Maybe just our problem though

Great location, public transport is right at the door and the mall is right next to it. Everything is within walking distance

Great location , short walking district to all the place and the tram station is just few steps from hotel entrance. The breakfast is wonderful with a lots of choices. We love it and definitely will choose this hotel again when we back to Prague.

The hotel was located very close to the old city centre. There was also a big new shopping mall beside the hotel. Thus shopping was very convenient. Front desk staff was ok and provided sufficient information as required.

Great hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained. Only downside was the lack of a kettle and complementary coffee/tea in the room — would’ve been a perfect stay with that small addition.

The receptionist was not hospitable. Asked how the train system works and answered me go there to find out. No kettle in the room have to go to the reception floor every time I needed one. Rooms are typical Ibis so its ok. Location ok as well.

Great location But lack of room facilities like mugs, coffee or tea. But they have water dispenser on the lobby.

Pleasant walk to most attractions. Money exchange shop and the Palladium shopping mall steps away. Feel safe walking in the early morning or late at night. The only issue is that no security door chain, and the door opening sound of the neighbouring room can be scary on the first night stay.

The hotel was well located and decent for the price. The reception staff, however, were incredibly rude. Shockingly so. One woman both on the day of arrival and check out could barely even look at us to give us our room keys. It made my mother very upset.

Best place to visit when reaching to the main center of prauge , close to the metro station and to various tram and buses , close to a palladium shopping mall and not far from the square Greqt A/C , polite services crew I'll come back again

Hotel location is good  next to Palladium shopping centre ,walking distance to astronomical clock and  city centre . Room is ok and clean . However no minibar and boiling water jug . In winter room is cold and preferably to have a boiling jug to  make  hot tea .Housekeeping  need to put signage on the door . Then they will do it , not auto 🤔

Good location! It’s walking distance to the surrounding attractions and Christmas markets!
