We like this hotel clean and very accessible to train station and stores. Breakfast are good lots of options and the staff are very nice.

Great location, friendly staff, clean. Although I booked a double room I was surprised by its tiny size. It didn't have space to even open upy luggage

of Bern. Very close to the Bus and Train Station. Great Bar (at night) and Breakfast in the morning. The rooms are on the small side, but they are clean and comfortable.

I liked our stay, it was nice and comfortable. the rooms seem a little bit dated, and the yellow bulb lighting didn't do much to make the room more inviting. that's all. staff were all friendly and helpful.

We really liked the staff and the amenities. The only reason I would dock one star is for the length of time between requests made and service workers completing them. For example, it was difficult to request more towels or toilet paper without waiting a few hours at a time. This could have been a cultural difference from how things are done in the states, but everyone was very friendly and hospitable otherwise.

Stayed three nights. Close to train station. Luke warm water in shower and only given one glass when two people in room. But responsive staff did bring extra glasses quickly.

Nice hotel in a great location. Room itself was a little on the small side for the price paid. Room was available early which was a bonus and they stored our luggage for us after check out while we continued to explore the city.

Property was conveniently located to downtown Bern. Perfect location for walking to coffee shops, shopping and restaurant's.

Nice hotel, staff were extremely friendly, great location, very close to the station and the old town, breakfast was nice. Room was basic but had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again
