We arrived there near mid-night and found that our room didn't have a bathroom (which was a big surprise). I have a little boy with me and just didn't feel comfortable having him going to shared bathroom. So I went downstairs and talked to the receptionist. She promised me that "she'll take care of me", and put me to a different room with bathroom and promised no extra charge.
The next day, the receptionist changed to a young guy and charged me 300+ extra on the room for previous night, and also told me that the room i am staying are not available for the next two days, I either go back to my original no bathroom room, or find a different hotel. I ended up choosing to stay (as I could not find a hotel nearby), but he promised me to cancel the extra charge, and also agreed that I can have a late check out o the third day (due to a conflict of an event).
On the third day when I checked out (at the agreed time), a third receptionist charged me $45 late charge fee, and I then had to go through the whole explanation again.
The overall staying experience was pretty terrible. I stayed in a room with no bathroom for 2 days, and every day a new receptionist would break a promise from previous one .
